August 4, 2011 By: Bhumika

Liz Earle Instant Boost Skin Tonic Review

What the Company claims: This heavenly floral-scented, non-drying toner refreshes, soothes and brightens your skin. Gentle and alcohol-free, it also adds a fine layer of moisture.

Liz Earle Instant Boost Skin Tonic Review

Pour onto a cotton wool pad and sweep over face and neck after using Cleanse & Polish Hot Cloth Cleanser. Alternatively spritz over face and body to revitalise at any time.

Suitable for all skin types

Directions: Instant Boost Skin Tonic is the essential second stage of your daily regime:

Moisten a cotton wool pad and sweep over face and neck every morning and night after cleansing with Cleanse & Polish Hot Cloth Cleanser or using one of our special treatment masks. Whether your skin is dehydrated, oily, dull or congested, the nourishing and brightening botanicals will help to leave your skin feeling soft and looking fresh for longer. It also primes your skin perfectly for your choice of Liz Earle Moisturiser.

Alternatively spritz over face and body to revitalise at any time. The fine mist can even be used over make-up.

MRP: 11.75 GBP for 200 ml

Its a nice bottle with the cap which is to be rotated and the tip opens up from where the toner comes out on a cotton wool..has a very very pleasant smell…feels very light on skin..it gives a cooling feeling..and as claimed revitalises, soothes and tones ! Using it after the Liz Earle Cleanse and Polish Hot Cloth Cleanser..combined they work wonderfully well.

Pros:

1. Very cooling,refreshing and soothing.
2. It does leave skin smooth and no slippery feeling.
3. Nice easy to use packaging.
4. No parabens.
5. Would suit all skin types.
6. It does reduce the size of pores..a little.

Cons:

1. Availability is an issue. You can order it online here
2. Expensive for a toner.

Overall quite like !!

Rating:

Quality: 4.5/5
Value for money: 4/5
Availability: 3/5

Overall Rating: 3.75/5

Would I buy it again: I may..though I find this a little expensive for a toner..but if my skin would not want to live without it 😉

P.S: Product sent by brand for review but it has not affected my opinion.
