They have one more larger flagship store opening up in Phoenix Marketcity at BKC..so if you are a Kiehl’s fan and were not able to access it before..rejoice 🙂

There was a small launch party at their HO today where I was invited…We had skin consultation, presentation on Kiehl’s history and products and their brand mission and how they give back to the society which is quite good..and also some snacks and a fun quiz on the presentation later where we had a chance to win Kiehl’s goodies..

About Kiehl’s: It was started in 1851 by Mr. John Kiehl in East New York as an apothecary which was later bought by his apprentice Mr Irving Morse which was later inherited by his son Aaron Morse and later by his daughter Jamie Morse..In 2000 Kiehl’s was taken over by L’oreal..and has more than 30 flagship stores now world over..They started Kiehl’s Dermatologist Solutions in 2005 to address specific skin conditions..

More interesting facts:

• They have a recycle and be rewarded program where they give you a card and every time you return an empty pack,they stamp it for you and you can exchange it for products later.
• All their containers are 100% recyclable and they even made bionic yarn with it which was used to make limited edition tote bags.
• They have a Harley Davidson bikes in their flagship store in New York coz Mr Kiehl’s loved vintage things and he did not want the guys who accompanied the women in the store,to be bored.
• Kiehl’s have never ever advertised !
• They are tied up with many social causes world over coz they believing in giving back what they take from the environment like for under privileged children and saving the environment.
