Since the prizes are vouchers which need to be redeemed at the Kiehl’s stores..only residents of Mumbai and Delhi are eligible..as the Kiehl’s stores in India is only in Mumbai and Delhi..though if you have someone living in Mumbai or Delhi and want to participate on their behalf..you can do so..
