I got my Oct Fab Bag early this time, on 29th Sept which was amazing! And I just a mail the previous day that they had 10 mini lipsticks this month and I was pretty excited.

The theme for the Oct month is ‘The Colour Your Way’ Bag and the bag itself is quite nice and sturdy.

Total value of the products come to around Rs.2100/- I love the lipsticks set and they have all the shades from a nude to orange, to deep berry, to cool and warm toned reds. These are perfect size for travel and very handy. These are quite pigmented and semi matte, not bad at all quality wise and I love that there are 10 shades in total!

Also the hair elixir is something I am looking forward to try, as it has onion extracts too which is amazing for hair growth. Handmade soap of course, is great for everyday use.

I love the summery peach and blue colour, the quality of the bag is also pretty good.

April 2018 Fab Bag Unboxing

I just got the April Spring Kissed Fab Bag. I love the colour and print, it’s perfect for spring summer.

Manna Kadar was an option I got to pick, one makeup product out of the few. All were lipsticks I believe. Merlot is a beautiful colour, here is a swatch.

The qty is 2.5g and it’s retractable, I would say a semi matte finish. Though the price mentioned here is too high!

The lip scrub smells refreshing and I would definitely be using that. The aloe vera gel is also perfect for summers.

Overall I would say get this bag only if you would want to try these products or else skip. I would have preferred one more product, at least 5 in the bag.

Feb 2018 Fab Bag Review & Unboxing

I got the Feb 2018 Fab Bag today, the theme is the xoxo Feb Fab Bag. It’s a white bag with pink hearts, it’s quite cute and very spacious.

  • NELF USA HD 24H Foundation 01 Natural- Rs.800
  • Major Crush by Ayushi Matte Nail Lacquer- Rs.199
  • Purple Essentionatural Bath Salt- Rs.450
  • Purple Essentionatural Milk Honey Body Wash- Rs.594
  • Tvakh White Tea Rose Exfoliating Scrub- Rs.172
  • Acne’s Face Wash- Rs.5 x 2

I like the fact that there are 5 full sized products this time. I love milk and honey based body washes and bath salts of of course are very relaxing, so looking forward to try both the products from Purple Essentionaturals.

Tvakh Scrub also looks interesting, it has a rose scent and jelly like texture with walnut shell powder.

Major Crush nail paint looks exactly like Nykaa Matte Nail Paint, also the shade is exactly like one of my favourite shades from Nykaa Matte Range.

NELF USA HD Foundation sounds interesting, they have 2-3 different types of foundations, I couldn’t find review or swatches of this particular one anywhere. I had an option to pick from NELF Primer and 3 shades of foundations. The shades aren’t enough to cover all skin tones. I will update you guys on how I like this.

Overall the value of all the products in this month’ bag comes to around Rs.2200/- 

I love the variety of products and the number of full sized products, I definitely recommend this month’ Fab Bag.

Happy New Year! Hope you all have an amazing 2018. I got the Jan 2018 Fab Bag today, on the first day of the year.

It’s a ‘The Beauty Blowout‘ bag, I love the bronze bag, it’s quite spacious and nice.

I had an option to pick a combination of two makeup products this month, from varied choices. It was the Sugar Mini blush/contour/highlighter paired with either Sugar Viola Crayon sample or a full sized Bella Voste Crayon. Now I wanted to give them away to one of you and I already had all Sugar launches, so I picked the full sized Bella Voste crayon along with Sugar highlighter for one of you.

I love the shade ‘Rose Crush’ of the Bella Voste Matte Crayon, it’s a pretty rosy pink, perfect for everyday.

Champagne Champion highlighter by Sugar is also very pretty and subtle enough for daily and day time use.

I love the refreshing orange scent of the soap and the lemongrass face wash.

The face wash and Veet wax strips are perfect for travel. Veet wax strips are always handy.

The total value of all the products in this month’s bag comes to Rs.1200/- I do recommend the bag if you get a choice to pick two makeup products. You can recover the cost of the bag in those two, the other things being bonus.

Dec 2017 Fab Bag Review & Unboxing

I got the Dec 2017 Fab Bag today, it’s ‘Blend the Beauty Dec Fab Bag’ The bag is a textured metallic red bag, I believe for the holiday season.

  • Alanna Dessicated Coconut & Saffron Face & Body Scrub- Rs.340/- for 20g
  • Aroma Magic Cocoa Butter & Vanilla Body Cream- Rs.26 for 10g

I got a choice to pick one shade from the Sugar eyeshadow quads, I picked Disturbia as I have already reviewed and swatched 6 quads (see HERE) I didn’t have the blue one, so I picked this.

Bliscent Peppermint Foot Soak and Bella Voste Nail Paint are full sized and I like both of them.

Aroma Magic cream is a good hand cream size for bag, I prefer 30ml/30g samples though, it’s too less. The Alanna scrub is too expensive for the price. The qty is good for few uses if used as a face scrub, for body it would only work for single use.

Total value pf the products come to around Rs.1500/- I am really happy with three full sized products and I highly recommend this month’s Fab Bag!

Nov 2017 Fab Bag Review & Unboxing

Hi guys,

I got the Nov ‘The Hit List’ Fab Bag just now. It’s a holo bag this time! I am a holosexual (Simply Nailogical reference), so love it!

Products I received:

  • The Nature’s Co Mandarin Sugar Body Scrub (Rs.425/- for 50g)
  • Kronokare Bash the Gloss Moisturizing Face Cream (Rs.292/- for 15g)
  • Bella Voste Ulti-Matte Chubby Stick – Full size (Rs.499/-)
  • Fadlor Naturalich Exotic Herbal Infusion Shampoo (Rs.100/- for 30ml)
  • Aroma Treasures Lavender Face Wash (Rs.64/- for 30ml)

I had an option to pick one shade out of 4-5 options for the Bella Voste Chubby Stick, I chose the nude one which is 01 Rose Crush. I expected it to be a rosy brown but it is more of a peachy pink shade. It’s a perfect everyday shade but would work for fair to medium skin tones, as it has less brown.

I do like Kronokare products because they are all natural and free of all chemicals. They keep adding new products and this one sounds really interesting and perfect for oily skin. It’s a light weight face moisturizer for oily to combination skin.

Aroma Treasures does make some good products but I wish they had disclosed all ingredients and not just key ones. I love the lavender scent though, it’s my favourite.

The Nature’s Co Mandarin Sugar Body Scrub is meant for oily skin. It smells so good, it has a fresh and natural orange scent and is very refreshing. It would last 2-3 uses as it is meant for entire body.

And finally Fadlor Naturalich is a new brand, this herbal shampoo sounds decent and I might give it a try during my travel. I prefer carrying such 30ml bottles when I am travelling for a week or less.

Overall I do like the mix of brands and variety of products. Though there is just one full sized product and rest are deluxe sized samples. I am not sure of the Kronokare size, but I would have preferred two full sized products 🙂 This month’s bag is decent I would say.

Oct 2017 Fab Bag Review & Unboxing

Hi guys,

I got the Oct Fab Bag today, ya pretty quick this time and delivery on a Sunday. I did a quick unboxing video too.

The theme for this month is ‘Steal the Limelight’. It’s a gold-copper textured glittery bag, the bag is really nice, I just wish it was little bigger.

  • Sugar Smudge Me Not Liquid Lipstick in 11 Greige Rage (Rs.499)
  • Mond’Sub Gold Facial Mask (Rs.250)
  • Kronokare City Detox Face Wash 30ml (Rs.150)
  • Yuana Premium Hair Oil 50ml (Rs.337)

I had an option to pick one Sugar product from all the Sugar products and shades including the new Creme Lipsticks and the Smudge Me not new 10 shades.

I liked 1-2 shades in particular from the new additions and picked Greige Rage. I quite like this shade and happy with my choice 🙂

Rest two are deluxe sized samples, the Kronokare City Detox Face Wash is a repetition which I am not happy with. Yuana Hair Oil looks decent but it has mineral oil in ingredients which I am not too excited about.

The total value of the products in the bag comes to Rs.1236/-

Overall I would say it’s an ok bag. If you are looking to get a new Sugar product anyway, then you can go for it as you get your product plus three additional things. Otherwise you can skip this month’s bag.

July 2017 Fab Bag Review & Giveaway

Hi guys,

I got my Fab Bag today, I know it was super quick this time. From the past few months, I was receiving it a day or two later than usual.

It’s a bright peach coloured bag, and has a wristlet band, perfect colour for monsoons.

The theme for this month is ‘The Colour Drama’

Products I got:

  • Sugar Matte As Hell Crayon Lipstick Viola – Full size with sharpener: Rs.799/-
  • Kronokare Hydrate The Hair Shampoo: Rs.165 for 55ml
  • Just Herbs Herb Enriched Skin Tint: Rs.385/- for 15g
  • Tvakh Fruit Enzyme Alcohol Free Toner: Rs.160/- for 50ml

I have got Tvakh products before and I really like them. This toner is alcohol free and enzyme based, hence it will have a light all natural AHA/BHA exfoliation (coz of all the fruit enzymes). I am really looking forward to trying this out.

The Just Herbs tint does look good for daily use, it has a light coverage which evens out the skin tone. But it is quite expensive for the qty and it’s just 15g

Kronokare is again all parabens and chemicals free, a good travel size bottle.

Most excited for the Sugar Matte As Hell Lip Crayon, I had the option of picking one lipstick from all the 11 new Sugar lipstick launches i.e. the Matte As Hell Lip Crayon and the It’s A Pout Time Vivid Lipsticks. I have swatched all of them HERE and HERE.

Since I already had them, I picked the shade Viola for one of you, as most of you loved this shade! And it’s my favourite shade too.

Overall I would say if you anyway planning to get one of the new Sugar lipsticks, then at the price of Rs.599/-, you get the lipstick plus thee other things and the bag. Pretty good deal! I do recommend it.
