Street Wear Nail Paint Review,NOTD
MRP: Rs.45-50/-
The only problem was the brush..it was split into two..see..
That gave a very streaky application and it was very messy to use..
Pros:
1. Pretty shade and opaque enough.
2. Economical
3. Many shades to choose from
4. 2 coats were more than enough.
5. Stayed on for around 4 days and started chipping later.
Cons:
1. The brush was very bad and streaky.

I liked the fact that this site keeps all brands which use all natural and herbal ingredients and not the chemical stuff.
It has five Indian brands..Tvam: Naturally yours,Nourish Body and Bath,Last Forest Enterprises,Ruby’s Herbal and Divine.
It has some very nice and interesting products… I am reviewing few samples here
Nourish: Madras Coffee Madness Body Scrub
This amazing sugar and coffee-based body scrub completely smooths out rough spots like knees, heels and elbows. Worried you might smell like coffee? Don’t! The coffee scent serves as a wonderful wake-up call to your senses as you open the jar. The essential oils in the scrub leave your skin so unbelievably soft; you can skip the lotion. (Size- 250g)
MRP: Rs. 345/-
I loved the coffee SMELL in it…!! Its awesome..its a mix of coffee and sugar with some essential oils…but do not use it on your face as its a little coarse..its perfect for your feet, elbows, knees or areas where you got dry skin. It does not make your skin dry too as it has blend of oils in it..actually you can even make a similar version of it at home 🙂
Nourish: Lavender Vanilla Lotion
The clean, classic fragrance of lavender and the uplifting notes of vanilla. Mmmm. Transcendental! A lotion that reminds you of meadows and mists and mellow evenings. Lavender is believed to promote cell regeneration and reduce stress. A must-buy! (Size- 220g)
MRP: Rs 345/-
This again has an awesome lavender vanilla smell ! The smell lingers on for 2-3 hours…yes I do keep smelling it :p coz I am in love with the lavender smell these days..with my l’occitane lavender hand cream too 🙂
Its totally non greasy and gets absorbed easily..
Nourish: Rose Addiction Cocoa Body Butter
Buttering up your skin with Nourish Rose Addiction Cocoa Body Butter will pay off big-time! That is a promise. Especially recommended for moms-to-be to keep those ugly stretch marks at bay, and for dry itchy skin. For best results, apply to moist skin. (Size- 110g)
MRP: Rs.295/-
This is a nice body butter..not too thick nor too runny..spreads easily and gets absorbed too…It has that typical rose syrup smell..which does seem a little artificial..but its kinda ok.
tvam: Almond & Honey Face Scrub & Body Polisher
Almond & Honey Face Scrub & Body Polisher gently exfoliates and cleans your skin with soft almonds, natural Honey, aloe vera and rose water. Scrub away the dead layers to reveal sumptuous, revitalized skin! (Size- 50g)
MRP: Rs.285/-
Its gel like in consistency with very minute brown granules..has a sweet kinda smell..decent enough for everyday exfoliation too as its not at all harsh. Leaves skin supple and soft.
So overall the products on this site are quite nice and worth a try..do check out.
I would review a lip balm and a soap too..
They accept both credit cards and debit cards. Do check it out here

Mattify! Cosmetics Original Powder Review
The entire line of Mattify! Transparent Powder
can be worn four different ways:
*Alone to minimize redness, pores & acne, while also absorbing oil
*Before foundation as primer to prevent acne & protect pores from makeup
*After foundation to create an airbrushed poreless finish and help makeup last
*BEFORE and AFTER foundation for maximum oil absorption and skin clarity
Mattify! Powder can even be used as an eyeshadow primer to prevent creasing and allow for long lasting eye makeup.
From Site |
It comes in 3 variants..one for combination skin, one for sensitive oily skin and ultra for very oily skin.
The original one is meant for combination skin.
Application Techniques: Use a fluffy powder brush and dip into the powder so that just the tops of the bristles are coated. Tap to remove excess and apply in dabbing motions, paying special attention to T-Zone. Swirl brush in circles to blend. A little goes a long way! It can also be applied using a powder puff, for more targeted application. Remove any excess powder with fluffy brush or a tissue.
See below for specific instructions, based on your skin type.
**TIP** If you have oily skin also plagued by acne, use a good exfoliating scrub (We like either Dr Brandt Microderm Scrub or St Ives Apricot Scrub) to remove any dry flakes that could be caused by your acne treatment. You want to make sure your skin is flake-free before using this powder because it has a tendency to cling to dry areas.
**TIP** If you use moisturizer, make sure you’ve selected one that is oil-free, and allow it to dry for a full 5 minutes before applying Mattify! Powder. The ingredients are meant to soak up any moisture – so you want to be sure the moisturizer has absorbed into your skin before applying Mattify! ecific Application Tips Based On Skin Type
Combination Skin: Apply only to oily areas. Shine-free finish should last about 8 hours.
Oily Skin: Apply either immediately before or after foundation. Shine-free finish lasts about 6 hours.
Very Oily Skin: Apply both before and after foundation. Shine-free finish should last about 4 hours.
Dry Skin: Not Recommended. The powder will stick to dry flaky areas and make them more noticeable.
Men: Apply sparingly using a fluffy powder brush, dust off excess with a clean powder-free brush
Mattify! Original Powder for Combination Skin
Stop your oily T-Zone with this translucent oil absorbing powder. Gives oil control where you need it without drying out your skin.

Though its a white colored powder..it merges with the skin and does not give a whitish cast. They have come up with a new tinted powder..so the white issue would not come up with it.
Pros:
1. Controls oil well..as claimed for a good 6-7 hours.
2. Does not give a whitish cast..though looks like..
3. Affordable.
4. Ship anywhere in the world at a fixed cheap shipping.
5. Works well as a eye primer too as controls oil and prevents creasing.
Cons:
1. The product needs to be blended well…and I guess the tinted powder would be more better now.
2. It could be difficult for people with dark skin to use this.

My Experience with 99labels.com
When I saw the L’occitane products and their famous hand cream..I could not stop myself from buying it..
The original price of the lavender hand cream is Rs. 495/- for 30ml
It was at Rs.371 after discount…and I could also utilise my credits and get 50% discount..so it was 186 after discount and Rs. 75/- are the handling charges all over India…they do send it by Blue Dart..all products are shipped after the sale date closes and reach within 20 days. I had placed my order on 1st June..the sale closed on 5th June and I got my package my 15th June…there were some very interesting offers like the W kurtas and others which I was tempted to buy and i even did and canceled at the end moment thinking let the first order arrive properly first…they accept both credit and debit cards..and I loved their service..replied to mails and also called when my order got canceled that I can place again if I want to…
The only hitch is products get sold out too fast on this site if they are good and are priced less..it will just go away in a few hours from the time sale starts.
And the other thing is Rs. 75/- is a little high for delivery…it should have been between 40-45..plus they charge Rs.50/- extra for the cash on delivery option..so if you are getting something at a less price..it almost comes to the same after adding everything..
The credits one gets on joining this site are to be utilised within a specific time and then they get expired later..which again is wrong…the credit period is around a month I guess..it should have been more.
So do check out this site..some times the jewellery is real awesome and to die for at amazing prices..!! Go here
Lakme Sun Expert SPF 30 PA+ For Oily Skin Review
The SPF 30 comes in two types..one for oily skin is PA+ and other for normal to dry skin is PA++
And also the variants available for oily skin are three and that in dry skin are two..plus the price is also higher for normal to dry skin.
It claims to be light and non oily..it has that pinkish tint coz of the kaolin clay present in it..
Ingredients:
Pros:
1. Gets absorbed completely into the skin.
2. Does not leave skin oily or greasy.
3. Did not break me out.
4. Has a nice refreshing cucumber and lemongrass smell.
5. Gives that cooling effect to the skin.
6. Moisturising enough for oily skin.
7. Does not leave a whitish cast and is very easy to blend in unlike the SPF 50 one.
8. Easy to carry around the 20 g tube in case you are out and need to apply sunscreen every 2 hours.
Cons:
1. It provides SPF 30..which is good for daily use..but not for too much sun exposure.
2. It would not make your skin lighter or correct past blemishes.
3. Dry skin people would need a moisturiser underneath.
