It comes in a flip cover packaging with a mirror on one side..and the brush is outside..which I tried removing in all possible ways..but it just did not budge..and I stopped trying :/

It is super creamy and pigmented..highly glossy…love the texture..

Also it stays for a 3-4 hours and leaves behind a stain..but does transfer on objects..

003 Fabel Pink is no pink..but a soft coral on me..

Here is it on me..

Also wore it HERE..

Pros:

1. Nice packaging…handy mirror and brush (If it comes out, that is :p)
2. Super creamy
3 Very pigmented.
4. Stays for 3-4 hours and leaves behind a stain.
5. No lip balm or gloss needed..quite moisturising and glossy.
6. Feels quite light..and does not smear or spread.

Cons:

1. Little expensive.
2. Does transfer on everything.
3. Brush is of no use to me..as just does not come out :/

Overall I did say..these are quite nice..and perfect for times when you do not want heavy rich colors..but something casual yet nice..Also the shades available are all nice..I do recommend these..

Maybelline Colorsensational High Shine Lipstick Coral Lustre Review, Swatches

I had told you about the High Shine Range Launch here

What the Company claims:Mirror Like colour from micro mirror pigments.Creamier Feel From nourishing Honey Nectar.

Why you’ll Love It:
See the sumptuous side of high shine.
So refined, so sophisticated…it’s sensational.
Mirror-like colour from micro-mirror pigments.
Creamier feel from nourishing honey nectar.
Now lips flaunt the most spectacular shine

Expert Tip:

Apply your lip color by starting in the center of your upper lip. Work from the center to the outer edges of your lip, following the contours of your mouth. Then glide across the entire bottom lip.

Shades Available: 10

  • Pink Freeze
  • Disco Pink
  • Glisten Up Pink
  • Mauvilous Shine
  • Fruit Punch
  • Plum Shine
  • Dazzling Plum
  • Coral Lustre
  • Nude Glow
  • Lacquered Brown

But here only 4 shades are available: Coral Lustre, Fruit Punch, Lacquered Brown and Plum Shine

MRP: Rs. 399/- for 3.5g

These are shaped exactly like Maybelline Colorsensational..only have a steel grey packaging.

I wanted Coral Lustre from the time it was launched in US..I so loved the shade at the very instant.

Its true coral shade with some silver shimmer..and has a super glossy shine and finish..it does moisturise lips and works as a lip balm too…now a lipstick which does the work of a balm 😉

Though its sheer and one swipe is light, it can be builded..see 3 swipes..

T-B: 1 swipe, 3 swipes

Here is it on me..

Pros:

1. Very creamy and moisturising..so much so that it might melt in heat.
2. Gives a super glossy shiny mirror like finish..you do not need a separate gloss with this.
3. Though the color comes up sheer in one swipe, it can be buildable.
4. It leaves behind a pretty coral pink kinda tint.
5. I liked the packaging.
6. Shimmers are not gritty.
7. Does not settle in fine lines.

Cons:

1. Staying power is average..stays for an hour or 2 without eating or drinking…though the color does not completely vanish away.
2. Its expensive for 3.5 g..compared to the Colorsensational range..its more the price and less the quantity.
3. Might not work for pigmented lips.
4. Finishes off soon.
5. Shimmers stray across lips, at times.

Overall I quite love the shade..I am a fan of corals..and such glossy colors..and it has decent pigmentation and even leaves behind a tint. If you like glossy lipsticks and corals, this is a must buy.

Have you tried the Maybelline High Shine Lipsticks ? Your favorite ?

Maybelline Moisture Extreme Lipsticks Review, Swatches

Maybelline Moisture Extreme Lipsticks Review, Swatches

Maybelline never ever fails to impress me with its products, quality, colors, shades, everything and that too at reasonable prices…though there may be a few duds..but mostly things have worked for me..
Maybelline Colorsensational range is very nice with 35-45 colors and all..but I like Maybelline Mositure Extreme too.
I have three shades in it…which are Silver Sand, Chestnut and Bronzy Orange..

What the Company claims: Active power of a lip balm provides deep moisturization for voluptuous lips drenched in color.
56 sumptuous shades across every shade family to complement all skin tones
Non-feathering and non-bleeding
SPF 15 protection ( From site)

MRP: Rs 220/-  for 4g

Silver Sand is a light brown color with a hint of silver shimmer but not very visible..just gives a shine to lips
Chestnut is a true dark pink
Bronze Orange is a true orange color and my favorite these days…its a very pretty color and could be sheer with a lip balm to dark with 2 coats..as I like it…depending on the mood and occasion.

L-R: Chestnut, Bronze Orange, Silver Sand

I wore Bronzy Orange with a lipbalm in my Bite of an Apple FOTD

Pros:
1. They are very moisturising and give a nice finish to the lips.
2. The color is buildable and can be used as one likes them…as they are very nicely pigmented.
3. They are reasonable at this price.
4. They have some very nice colors.. and there is one for everyone.
5. They feel light on lips.
6. They are non feathering and non bleeding as per the claim.
7. Staying power is 3-4 hours without eating or drinking.

Cons:
1. The packaging is ok..it has a rounded cap and has to be stored upside down with the names and numbers underneath…so finding becomes a problem.
2. The site mentions 56 shades..but I dont think these many are available in India.
3.These are being neglected after Colorsensational range came..and was even said to be discontinued..I hope it doesnt..this has pretty colors and I like the texture too..
4. SPF 15 mentioned on site but not on lipsticks..so I am not too sure..
