Not only that, all products i.e. the lip butter, lip scrub, body scrub are perfect for the current winter season. My lips are dry as a desert currently and I am only surviving on lip scrubs and lip balms! So I am glad I got those two. Plus a good body scrub is always welcome to exfoliate those dead skin cells on the body.
Hair Protein Pack also sounds nice, this one has fenugreek, Bengal gram and all things good! Definitely trying this soon!
And last but not the least, Kiwi Asparagus Face Pack! I have never tried this combination but kiwi is super rich in Vitamin C, so I am definitely most excited to try this one.

I am totally digging off shoulder crop tops these days, and I was so glad when I saw this! Plus the coral colour is so bright and summery, can’t wait to wear it. The bag is pretty amazing too, fabulous quality, quite soft in texture. The gold accents go pretty well with the beige colour. Bucket bags are also IN these days, and this makes a perfect beach bag too. It’s quite spacious and huge, reminds me of my orange bucket bag from StalkBuyLove.
I have never tried the Tropical Cocktail flavour in Tang, so I am looking forward to trying this one. A hat is perfect for summers too, whether on beach or otherwise, a good stylish hat, can take your outfit a notch higher. I am not much into diamante on my accessories, but the stars in the double layered bracelet look quite cute.
The floral headband has to be my favourite, wear it like a proper headband or a little lower like Alia Bhatt in Ladki Beautiful Kar Gayi Chull song, with loose beachy waves for that boho vibe.
I am all about organic skincare and I haven’t tried a Pumpkin face wash yet and nothing from Gulnare skincare, so looking forward to trying this one too.

At first, it is very light and that’s the best part, coz curling hair takes about 20-25 minutes and if you use a heavy curler, the shoulders and hands pain very bad at the end of it.
The best part is the auto rotating, it makes life so much easier! You do not have to fold every section of your hair on the barrel and just sit and click on the ‘Right’ and ‘Left’ buttons, keeping your hands free 😀

It comes with 5 different temperature settings i.e. 260,300,340,380 and 410 degrees in Fahrenheit. And the cord is pretty long and rotates 360 degrees, so you can move around or be in front of a mirror even if the switch is a bit far. It has universal voltage, so would work in all countries. It comes with US plug and you will need a converter if you want to use it here in India/or as per your country.
Since I have very thick hair and it’s in layers i.e some are short and some are long, it takes me about 15 minutes for loose beachy waves and about 25 minutes for smaller, tighter curls.
The barrel is 26mm and it heats up pretty quick, hardly takes a minute. I usually go for the mid temperature i.e. 340 and loose beachy waves.
I love the volume, I have pretty straight hair which is usually flat, and I absolutely love curls and volume on me! I use the BBlunt Curl Defining Leave in Cream before curling and use the L’Oreal Professionnel Beach Waves Spray after curling, still it stays on me only for a day. I won’t blame the curler here, it’s my hair! Coz that has happened even when lots of mousse was applied and I was given super tight curls during my engagement, not to forget ton of hair spray. But curls open up on my hair quickly and easily.

Overall, I would say, it is very convenient and easy to use, and I definitely recommend it if you are looking for a good hair curler. It is slightly expensive but then the auto rotating feature is something which is it’s USP and makes our life easy! And the rotating feature is not seen in majority hair curlers, and you have to twist each section of your hair on the barrel each and every time.

I received September’s My Envy Box today, and I also filmed a video and edited it all today 🙂
This month’s box is a silver colored one. It has the September card and the product details card, which has a few makeup tips on the back side of the card.
Let’s look into the contents:

This time there is just one full sized product i.e. the lipstick, one super deluxe sized sample i.e Davidoff Cool Water Shower Gel which is half the original size and two tiny samples which I am not too happy with.
The cleansing foam is only worth Rs.299/- and not something very expensive, so a sample size of at least 20g could have been included. I don’t like perfume samples in subscription boxes or bags, though this one smells nice, but you can get such tiny samples for free at the brand counters.
Catrice Lipstick in What’s up Apricot
My Catrice lipstick was a nice, everyday n*de shade and good to pair with smokey eyes, but it has melted and broken from the base and got damaged in transit :/
Overall I would say this month’s box is pretty ok, I am not too pleased. My expectations were sky high after the super amazing box last month. I would suggest you buy it only if you like the Davidoff Cool Water and the Catrice lipstick.
The price of the lipstick i.e. Rs.610/- and the shower gel i.e. Rs.900/- is a total of 1500/- which is decent for a box worth Rs.722/- (post discount)
I hope your lipstick remains intact though 🙂

This month’s packaging is different, the theme is ‘India Mon Amour‘ (which means ‘India My Love’ in French) and all the products are natural, herbal and organic. It is an oxblood red box with golden design on top depicting ancient India figures. August box is all about skin care and fragrance this month and something for the eyes.
It also has a separate card this time, apart from the product card, which has 5 ayurvedic skin care tips.
Forest Essentials details are missing and the 5th skin care tip is mentioned, a little goof up

Also coming to the products, I love everything in this box. The Hedonista Frozen Ittar is all natural and organic made with coconut oil and pure ittar. It is so convenient to carry and comes in this small jar. You need just a teeny weeny bit and the smell lasts for 7-8 hours minimum!!
I have got 2-3 small pimples and it is actually the perfect time to try out this Suganda Neem Green Tea Mask. It is in powder form and you can mix it with rose water or normal water and just apply it and wash off. I can’t wait to try this, have liked Suganda products untill now.
I wanted to try the Forest Essentials Iced Pomegranate & Kerala Lime Body Mist since a long time and I got it in this month’s box! Yay 😀 I absolutely love the smell and it is the best body mist I have tried, it just absorbs into the skin and leaves behind a refreshing smell. I have tried body mists from Bath & Body Works and Victoria’s Secret too, but nothing beats this Forest Essentials one!
Coming to the Soultree Kajal, I already have 2-3 of these including one colored. I find the colored ones a bit dry in texture and these black ones are nice but as usual smudge a lot. So not too keen on the Soultree Kajal, but a full sized product is always good.
The 4th product is an option between Forest Essentials Body Mist & SkinYoga scrub, now I would have liked both 😀 But anyway, not being greedy, I am in love with this month’s My Envy Box. There have never been 3 full sized products and one deluxe sized (which is actually HALF) sample ever any of their boxes.
