They have almost all the brands with them and over 15,000 products..from The Body Shop, Givenchy, H20, Vichy, Avene, Clarins, La Roche Posay, Organic Surge to Bourjois, Chambor, Faces, L’oreal, Maybelline, Cetaphil, Biotique, Gatsby, Giovanni to smaller brands like Brihans, Hip Hop, Purederm, Banjara’s and also accessories..plus they offer quite high discounts too..from 7% to 32% !! Its very difficult to resist stuff on their site !

They have Free shipping on orders above Rs. 300/- and Cash on Delivery option for amount exceeding Rs. 250/-. Currently they have COD option only for Bangalore, Delhi, Hyderabad and Chennai. The Shipping Charges are Rs.50/- below Rs.300/-

They are the first site to even have a virtual makeover section where there is an option to see how the shades would look..if one is confused before buying them..like so..

The best part is their ValuePlus rewards program..where you get some points for anything you purchase from the site..which can be collected and later redeemed for gifts. I think thats a very nice concept and they have some quite useful things like bags, suitcases, rechargeable torch lights,etc..

They have an introductory offer going on..to purchase any fragrance worth Rs. 2500/- and above and get a backpack worth Rs.1500/- free..

The delivery is super fast too..I received the stuff in a day ! And their customer service is also nice..if there is a thing which is out of stock or not available they would contact you and let you know the time by which it would be available..plus I noticed a few things were out of stock a day..and where available the next day..means the stock replenishment is super fast too.. (Ok I know I added technical jargon..signs of a CA :/ )

It comes decently packed in their trademark wrapping with lots of thermocol sheets around..and each item is individually wrapped too..

Here is what I ordered..

I would suggest extending Cash on Delivery to all the places, some small freebies with all the purchases..and continuing this friendly customer service and super fast delivery.

Overall it was a very good experience shopping from MedPlusBeauty…and I would recommend you to check it out..I am sure you would get tempted..and many of the stuff would be like..I was searching this from so long..and either was never able to find it or it was always out of stock everywhere..finally I can have it..

Here is what I ordered..

Its a Kalamkari work Jewellery Box..made from cardboard..its quite small..opens up from the centre..and has four small boxes for keeping your jewellery..they are placed up and down strategically…I quite loved this idea and the whole shape and work of it..the only complaint is I expected it to be a little bigger in size..its very small.

And a quilling craft greeting card..with a heart shape..I loved the work on it..

Overall its quite a nice site..and I loved the small cute stuff it has..from jewellery to bookmarks to pen holders and paintings..everything..even the bags..and they are not too highly priced too..I would surely buy from them again…and recommend this site to others too especially if you love handicrafts…as I had quite a good experience..

I liked the fact that they offer free cash on delivery and free shipping on orders above Rs. 250/- which generally any one product would cost..the basic limit is not so high..they have discounts on mostly everything and also offer freebies..they use DTDC and you get the products the next day after they have shipped. After you place an order you would receive a confirmation the next day and you would be informed if the products are available or not..and may take a day or two if its unavailable..and shipped later.

They replenish the stocks fast and no items are out of stock for long..and they keep on adding new stuff.

Here is what I ordered..it came tightly wrapped..and they have a box with a tape that if it is tampered do not accept the delivery. They also have a 7 day return policy..

I finally got my Faces Navy Blue eye pencil which is always out of stock everywhere..it was not available here too and I had ordered metal brown…but then when I received a call next day..they said they got the new stock now..and so would ship now..I asked if they have the Navy Blue available and to replace it…and they gladly did.

Overall I am quite happy with the site,service, delivery,rates customer service,everything..I would surely shop again.

They offer free shipping above Rs. 400/- and Cash on Delivery with no extra charges. And they have Aramex for delivery which is quite fast. I received a call confirming the order the next day after I placed it. And it was shipped after confirmation and I received it the next day..so the whole process took just 2-2.5 days.

Here is what I ordered..

Chambor Black Dazzle Eye Pencil.

It had layers and layers of bubble wrap..and comes in a black rectangular box..inside which again there were layers of bubble wrap !

The only complaint I have is the Eye Pencil is December 2010 manufactured..so I guess they had old stock and it is very shaky at the centre from where it twists up..I don’t know if all Chambor Dazzle pencils are shaky or there is some problem with this one. And another thing is they have few products from NYX and Elizabeth Arden and certain other brands..so sometimes you may not be able to find something you want coz of the stock. And they offer mostly everything on the MRP..there should be more discounts I guess compared to the other sites..

But overall its a nice site..and I would surely like to buy Vichy and La Rosey Pochay, Zoya and Elizabeth Arden and other stuff from there..plus they have some pretty tempting daily deals..Currently they have a deal on Maybelline Colorsensational Lipsticks..you can get 2 lipsticks at Rs 499/- instead of Rs. 598/- using the code ‘PROMO0711’ till 13th November 2011..so if wanted to grab some Colorsensationals this is a very good offer…I would suggest My Mahagony, Autumn Rust,Crazy for Coffee..Check out their twitter for more tips and deals..

By now all of you must have purchased from Urbantouch.com and I have not heard any bad reviews of it yet..I thought of giving it a try..

They have this Rs.100/- off on purchase of Rs.400/- and above on their facebook page for their new fans which you need to use within 48 hours. Go here. (Ok I cannot see it now..Is it still there ? )

They have all the brands including Deborah Milano,NYX,Sally Hansen,etc. And the best part is they have Free Shipping and Cash on Delivery option.

The customer support is damn nice..and they have a phone no and mail id where they reply immediately. And the delivery takes only 3-5 days.

They have nice packaging and send out products in big cardboard boxes which are useful for storage later too. And also some samples with the product.

I got the mail confirming the order. And next day about the order being shipped.

Overall I quite liked the site..and had a good experience..

I bought the Deborah Milano Hi Tech Blush in Rose Pesca..which is the Vogue Beauty Award Winner for 2011. I was quite intrigued and wanted to try it..would review it soon.
