Feb 2016 Zotiqq Jewellery Subscription Box Unboxing, Review

Hi guys, If you have read my January box review, you already know about Zotiqq. If not, go HERE.

MRP: Rs.1500/- per month (Buy HERE)

The Zotiqq jewellery subscription box is priced at Rs.1500/- per month but if you go for 3 months, 6 months or 12 months subscription, you get an amazing deal!

Feb box theme was ‘Aqua’ or ‘Sea Animals’, I think it is dedicated to ‘Pisces’. The box as usual comes in a deep navy blue and beige super sturdy box. You can store all your jewellery in it later too. Each item comes individually packed in plastic wrapping.

What I got:

  • A black star fish textured statement necklace
  • A bronze textured star fish ring
  • Pearl double sided strand earrings
  • A sea horse pendant long chain
  • Blue rope bracelet with an orange algae shaped hanging charm

The sea horse pendant long chain is perfect for your t shirts and sweaters. I absolutely loved the earrings, they would work with so many dresses and are super light yet chic at the same time.

The starfish ring makes quite a statement covering the entire finger beautifully, it looks like the ring is hugging your finger 😀

The mono colored black statement necklace will make a mark on a mono colored outfit i.e. all white or all green/blue. And the bracelet would work with your casual wear.

These are quite unique and interesting pieces and loved how they are combined together for the Aqua theme. I see myself wearing the ring and earrings a lot.

Definitely worth checking out the Feb Zotiqq box. I can’t wait for the March box now, looking forward to the new theme.

Have you tried the Zotiqq Jewellery Subscription box yet?

My Envy Box Designer Jewelery Box Unboxing

My Envy Box Designer Jewelery Box Unboxing

Hi guys,

So My Envy Box in association with NIMAI have launched this designer jewellery subscription box and I am amongst the 4 lucky bloggers for whom My Envy Box curated this special box this month.

MRP: Rs.2450/- per month- Buy HERE (Less for 3, 6 and 12 months susbcriptions)

About the Designer Jewelery Box: Get a surprise box of 2-3 curated items of designer jewelry typically worth well over twice the cost of the box!

  • Semi-Precious & Fashion Jewelry from established/up & coming Indian Designers
  • Jewelry curated by our partners at NIMAI
  • 1% of revenue from Jewelry Box donated to Made By Survivors.

Some of the brands they would have are Zariin, Eesha Zaveri, Dang, etc and all the pieces of jewellery are pretty expensive, worth much more than the price of the box. Also every person would get a different box with different pieces.

The value of the 2-3 designer jewellery pieces every month would be in the total range of Rs.7000-12000/- and the price of the box is Rs.2450/- Also there is 10% off for this month of Feb using ‘JEWEL10′

To start with the box, it’s a beautiful navy blue colored velvet box with a mirror inside, the entire interior part is also velvet and the box itself is amazing. Perfect to store all your jewellery in the future too and makes a nice trousseau box for the brides-to-be.

Let me show you what I got in my box:

Pair of black and gold earrings from Zariin, my favourite gold and mint pair of earrings from Dang and a beautiful blue stone cocktail ring from Eesha Zaveri

I love each and every piece in the box, all the designs are totally my style. I don’t like chunky diamante pieces and I love stones and gems, also delicate and minute work is what I completely love. Both the set of earrings are something that would work with many different outfits from Indian to western, loved both of them!

I definitely suggest checking the My Envy Box designer jewelery box and also with the 10% off this month, it would be around Rs.2200/- and you will get 3 designer jewellery pieces, worth a try! Highly recommended.

Zotiqq January Jewellery Subscription Box Unboxing, Review

Zotiqq January Jewellery Subscription Box Unboxing, Review

Hi guys,

I have unboxed and reviewed a lot of subscription boxes till now on the blog from makeup, beauty to food. This is the first time I am reviewing a jewellery subscription box.

Zotiqq is an online fashion & lifestyle portal where they have monthly jewellery subscription boxes and one can also buy the pieces they like individually. It is the brainchild of a fellow beauty blogger and friend Ritu Rajput, most of you must be knowing her, her blog is called ‘The Indian Beauty’

MRP: Rs.1500/- per month (Buy HERE)

The Zotiqq jewellery subscription box is priced at Rs.1500/- per month but if you have 3 months, 6 months or 12 months subscription, you get an amazing deal!

Coming to the January subscription box, it was the ‘New Year’ theme and hence had sparkly baubles. Let’s see what they are..

It comes in this royal blue and beige packaging, the box in itself is quite sturdy and nice and good to stock your jewellery or makeup. It comes nicely bubble wrapped and no jewellery was damaged. Each item is individually stored inside the box in a plastic cover, which is nice coz many a times the jewellery gets entangled within each other.

I got 5 items in this month’s box.

First two are a diamante statement neckpiece and matching set of statement earrings which can be worn together or individually.

Red tube mesh filled with rhinestones, statement neckpiece

My favourite from the lot, a statement cocktail ring.

And a pretty hand harness which will work with so many different outfits.

I like the theme based box and getting 4-5 pieces together at a price of Rs.1500/- coz individually these jewellery pieces cost a lot more. Definitely worth your money and I do recommend trying this jewellery subscription box.

I am not sure if the January box would be still available, but you can book the Feb subscription box right now 🙂

Have you tried any Jewellery Subscription Boxes before? What did you like the most?

Accessories from Confusion Fashion Accessories

Accessories from Confusion Fashion Accessories

Hi guys,

Remember the accessories I showed you last time from Confusion Fashion Accessories, see HERE. Read all about them in the previous post or at confusionfa.com

This time, I got a few more pieces to show you guys.

Pearl and Mesh Haath Phool

If you have seen the previous haath phool and how I was obsessed with it, you have to see this one. I absolutely love this haath phool/hand harness and have been wearing this a lot! This is slightly different coz it has a mesh and pearl kada on one side and then connects with the ring, unlike the usual bracelet.

Pearl Drop Earrings

These cute pearl drop earrings which I wore in my youtube video HERE, I love how small and light they are yet look pretty, they are kind of ‘jhumkas’ which you can wear with not only your Indian outfits but also fusion Indo-western wear. I have worn them with my maxi dress.

Kundan Maang Tikka

I love maang tikkas, they make you look pretty instantly and you don’t need any additional accessories when you are wearing a maang tikka. This one has kundan which makes it look all the more pretty and it has maroon enameled stone which makes it perfect for most of the Indian wear and wedding sarees.

Kundan Saree Keyring

And, last but not the least, a kundan saree keyring. I was in search of a good kundan keyring which is not very heavy since a long time and this is just perfect! It can make any saree look much more pretty and well accessorized. Key rings complement sarees beautifully.

I love all the four pieces here, if I have to choose, the haath phool is of course my favourite, followed by the earrings and maang tikka. And if I am wearing a saree, the key ring.

I really love Confusion Fashion Accessories’ collection and also the fact that they keep adding on new stuff every month. I see new collection and different, unique pieces every time I check their site.

If you are looking for some accessories for your Indian wear, definitely check out Confusion Fashion Accessories. They also have some nice house decor items. cuff links and brooch for men, etc.

What is your favourite piece? Do let me know in the comments below.

I loved the simple pearl pieces and the beautiful temple jewellery she stocks. I love temple jewellery and I feel it looks amazing with a simple South Indian saree. Also the fact that her prices are pretty reasonable compared to other online facebook stores.

I bought these pretty pieces recently from her store recently. They were neatly packed in separate plastic covers with bubble wrap and all together in a bigger plastic box.

This beautiful red and black beaded tribal necklace is my most favourite! How pretty and statementy is it! Can’t wait to pair it with my simple tees and shirts as this is more than enough and a statement in itself.

A white and gold layered pearl statement bracelet, a pair of gold and white square earrings. Isn’t that design quite cute.

And this pearl and diamante ring..

March Fab Bag Review + Giveaway

March Fab Bag Review + Giveaway

Hey guys,

Remember Vellvette Box..it was the first beauty box in India. Later on, it changed their name and revamped to Fab Bag.

About Fab Bag: At FAB BAG, we are beauty experts and addicts driven by our passion for high quality beauty products and delightful service. We recognize that our members are beauty enthusiastic women looking for great products that would work for their specific beauty needs and tastes, but do not have enough time, access or resources to try out and experience all that is available. We work hard in association with brands to select 3 amazing products exclusively customized for each member and send them in a delightful box to her doorstep every month, so that she never has to make the expensive mistake of buying products that do not work for her! We also advise members on how to make the best use of these products and keep them abreast of the latest beauty and fashion trends and insider know-how through our magazine.

MRP: Rs.599/- per month

You also get discounts on 6 months and 12 months subscription. Currently they are giving a Deborah Milano Atomic Lipstick free with 6-months subscription and Clinique Blush/Eyeshadow mini palette with 12-months subscription. Subscribe HERE

I love the concept of bags how they have a different customized bag each month according to the monthly theme. Also these bags are pretty useful and handy for travel, etc when you want to carry some basic makeup/skincare

For the month of March, they have a Woman’s Day Special Fab Bag. It’s a cute bright pink pouch with a Coco Chanel quote and also they are running a campaign called #MakeupForDifference where you can leave a message here http://fabbag.com/makeupfordifference/ and for every message, Rs.50/- shall be donated on your behalf to these inspiring Fab Women.

Let’s have a look at the contents of my March Fab Bag:

  • Inveda BB Cream in Fair- Full size (Rs.140/- for 15ml)
  • SoultTree Kajal in Pure Black- A special 3g packaging (Rs.340/- for 5g)
  • Palladio Herbal Lipstick in Rosey Plum- Full size (Rs.650/-)
  • Sebastian Professional Hydre Shampoo- 50ml (Rs.1400/- for 250ml)
  • Fashionography Earrings

To start with the Inveda BB cream, its quiet nice and good for everyday use. Only issue being just 2 shades available: Fair and Matt

I have tried the SoulTree Kajal before, the Pure Black is much smoother than other colors which go on a little hard. Also its all natural and organic made from ghee and camphor, but if you are looking for something smudge free, this won’t help at all.

I loved a full sized lipstick in the bag, though I wish I would have got some other matte shade. This shade Rosey Plum has shimmer and I am not a fan of shimmer.

I like the Sebastian shampoo deluxe size and would be carrying it for my next travel.

Absolutely loved these cute butterfly blue earrings from Fashionography.

Overall, some hits and misses. Though more of hits for the price of Rs.599/-. I absolutely recommend giving Fab Bag a try.

Coming to the giveaway now, one of you lucky one wins this March Fab Bag. I am hosting a giveaway for the same,on my Instagram.

All you need to do is follow me HERE and Fab Bag on Instagram and repost the first image tagging 2 of your friends. The giveaway starts right now and ends after a week on 25th March.

Good Luck 🙂

OOTD: Striped with Leather,Zebra Print Top

OOTD: Striped with Leather,Zebra Print Top

Hey guys, Zovi had this #BlogForZovi contest where one had to create looks/outfit posts with Zovi merchandise..here is my try 🙂

I paired this black and white belted dress with a leather jacket to add some punk and beige bow wedges to add some girliness to the look.

Black funky earrings and a Daniel Wellington watch to complete the look.

Also this cute zebra print sheer top is from Zovi which I paired with my Forever 21 black denims.

It was super easy to browse and navigate Zovi.com. They have categories for Men,Women,Looks, What’s New, etc. and sub categories for Western wear, Indian wear, Foot wear, Winter wear, etc which is further classified into kurtis, tops, bottoms, etc. The order was placed within minutes and I got an immediate confirmation call, sms and email. I received the order within 3-4 days even though the expected date was supposed to be 6-7 days after placing the order..which was a nice surprise 😀 Also the search bar on Zovi is super quick and impressive, you always find the exact stuff you are looking for.

Dress: Zovi
Bow wedges: Zovi
Leather Jacket, Earrings: Romwe
Top: Zovi

On Lips: L’Oreal Paris Pure Red Lipstick in Pure Brick (Aishwarya Rai)

I hope you like the look 🙂
