Products made using Natural hill spring water.

MRP: Rs. 325/- for 125ml

Its a transparent golden gel based face wash..similar to Pears in color…but thicker..its not runny. The packaging is nice and the flip cap closes perfectly.

Pros:

1. It cleanses the skin well as it claims.
2. It has a nice peppermint smell which I like.
3. Skin feels cool and refreshed.
4. It does not dry out the skin at all and I can even skip a moisturiser.
5. The packaging is sturdy and nice and the product does not ooze out more than required as its not too runny.
6. Its going to last long as a little bit is enough for the face.
7. Its eco friendly, recyclable and Nature’s Co. is 100 % vegan and cruelty free as certified by PETA.

Cons:

1. Its steep for a face wash.
2. As the tube is big and broad, you cannot carry it around.
3. It does not foam much..may be coz its soap free..so people who like too much of foam may not like it.

Overall its a quite nice face wash and perfect for summers especially for people with oily skin.

Rating:

Quality: 5/5
Value for money: 3.5/5
Availability: 4/5

Overall rating: 4/5

Would I buy it again: Yes in summers.

P.S: Product sent by brand for review but it has not affected by opinion.

Overall rating- 3.5/5

Would I buy this again: Yes..I would like to… but so many things to try out :p..There are also other Face and Body washes like Sandalwood and Honey..

Have you tried Khadi face washes ? Do you like them ?

Skin Care Haul

Finally I found Khadi yesterday. There is a huge Khadi grih at the Khadi Lane ahead of VT station..I got a few things from there and some other daily winter essentials..
Here are they..

I got Garnier Body Cocoon, Lotus sun safe spray in SPF 50, Ashwin’s Rose water, Vaseline Petroleum Jelly, Glycerine, Everyuth Golden Glow peel off..and some Khadi products..

Which are
Khadi Body Massage Oil with Kesar, Almond oil and Olive oil
Khadi Kesar peel off scrub gel
Khadi Mauri facewash and
Khadi Fresh Jasmine handmade soap.

Khadi has its own hits and misses. Not everything is good and the quality varies coz different things are manufactured at different places in India. I would review these after using..

Have you used any of these ? Do you like Khadi products ?

War of Face Washes- Himalaya v Pond’s v Fabindia and my HG

War of Face Washes- Himalaya v Pond’s v Fabindia

Ok..here is a quick comparision of the face washes I have tried. Precisely its Himalaya Purifying Neem Face wash (which I am using from last 4-5 years and yes you are right…this is my HG), Pond’s White Beauty Daily Spotless Lightening Facial Foam and Fabindia Tea Tree Face wash.

Lets start with Himalaya Purifying Neem…there is also a Foaming one in this which comes in a pump dispenser..I have tried that 1-2 times..but I feel this one is better and stick to it…

Rating- 4.5/5

Would I buy it again- Yes yes….forever

Now the Pond’s White Beauty Daily Spotless Lightening Facial Foam…It is a  white creamy facewash…and just a bit is required as it foams a lot…it has Pro Vitamin B3

And lastly Fabindia Tea Tree Face Wash…its a transparent gel…with a strong tea tree smell. Tea tree oil is supposed to be very good for oily skin, pimples, blemishes, uneven skin tone, body odour, dandruff, etc

Pros :
1. I think it would be the best face wash for oily skinned people prone to acne or pimples.
2. Its not drying.
3. It leaves you squeaky clean and refreshed and even removes basic makeup.

Cons :
1. The smell…strong tea tree oil smell.
2. Its runny..so you have to be careful with this.

4. The price considering it comes in a huge tube. They should come out with a smaller size.

6. It leaves a slippery feeling behind.

Though I have combination skin.. I use it occasionally whenever I break out..and it does help in that.I like most of the Fabindia products as they are quite effective.

Rating- 3/5

Would I buy it again- May be..if in case I break out or something.

So overall I am quite happy with my HG..my Himalaya Neem for my daily use.

P.S : I went for shopping at Pantaloons…got 4 T shirts and 1 nice pair of earrings..they are in gold color..and perfect for traditional wear..love them..

So which is your HG face wash ? And which do you like among these three ??
