I got both the orders in exactly 14 days and that too with free shipping…where as there are sites within India which do not deliver products so quickly…even after charging separately for the shipping and handling.

They do show the dispatched time,date and the picture of the parcel..and here is the old one which is always shown in your account..all your orders till date are mentioned there with details.

In my previous post I did say that my 88 warm palette was broken and sent them the mail with the pics..They did reply the next day and gave me two options:
1. Either they would give me full refund or replace the palette if I send them the palette back.
2. Or they give me a partial refund of 4 $ if I do not send them the palette back.
Now there was always a risk of the new palette getting damaged again..plus the shipping cost..so I chose partial refund and got 4 $ refunded. So in short got the palette for 6 $ :p which is like an awesome deal..and I love the rest of the colors in it..
