I bought a new pair of shoes and a clutch sometime back, those of you who follow me on Instagram must have already seen these.
I got these pretty soft pink rhinestone detailing pumps. How gorgeous do they look?! Right out of a princess fairytale, I can think of Cinderella 😀
I think I might wear them with my evening gown for my DJ (which I am still searching for :/)
Though the heel height is high, the front platform is high too and that makes them quite comfortable unlike those steep heels with no front platform.
Pink and silver combo is one of my favourites.
I also got this champagne clutch which has both gold and silver detailing too. I love the thread beading and sequin work. This would work with many of my Indian outfits too.
Both are from Dressv. I also have another pair of n*de and blue peep toe pumps and a studded black clutch from Dressv. They have a lot of bridal stuff but mostly Christian ones, beautiful gowns too! But I like the shoes and clutches though, some are super pretty!

The Body Shop Tea Tree Flawless BB Cream Review, Swatches
What the Company claims: Perfect your complexion and fight the look of blemishes with our Tea Tree Flawless BB Cream. This dual action cream gives you flawless coverage whilst tackling the appearance of blemishes. Formulated with purifying Community Fair Trade organic tea tree oil from Kenya. – Blemishes and imperfections are instantly covered – Lightweight formula gives shine-free complexion – 3 shades blend seamlessly into all skin tones for natural-looking coverage.
MRP: Rs.1095/- for 40ml
How to use: Squeeze BB cream onto fingertips and spread all over face until fully blended. Alternatively, dot gently onto emergency blemishes for on the spot coverage. TOP TIP: For best results, use our Tea Tree Pore Minimiser before applying BB Cream for spotless-looking skin with pores that look smaller and skin that appears smoother and more mattified!
Ingredients:
Shades Available: 01 Light, 02 Medium, 03 Dark
Here are the swatches of all three shades.
I have the shade 02 which is an almost perfect match for me. 01 had grey undertones, so I would have gone with 02 anyways.
It comes in a small green tube packaging with a beige flip cap. Its small and handy to carry around.
The texture is very soft, it feels like butter (maybe coz of shea butter) and spreads like it too. Just that you need to blend it in well. Its very light weight and does’nt feel like you have applied something on the skin. Gives medium coverage and reduces appearance of redness, etc. It won’t give complete coverage or help with acne scars or dark circles.
Its more like a tinted moisturiser. Stays put whole day, but since its quite rich in texture (coz of shea butter and soyabean oil), one needs to set it with a powder or it might look shiny.
I think its good for everyday use and also the tea tree oil would help against further acne. It has a strong tea tree oil smell which is apparent from the time you squeeze the product out.
Here it is on me.
I do not agree on the complete coverage of acne or blemishes it claims. And also its expensive for the qty coz if you use it everyday, it might last just month or a week above.
Overall, I did like it but not very satisfied with the price tag and qty. And also oily skin needs to powder on top. I would say ‘can try’.
What the Company claims: Multi-functional palette contains four eyeshadows and two blushers from our bestselling i-Divine and Blush range. Eye & Cheek Palette provides all of your colour essentials in one convenient compact.
These velvety smooth eyeshadows and blushers are highly pigmented and long-lasting, making blending and defining simple.

Dancing Til Dusk includes velvety browns and shimmering fawns from our Au Naturel i-Divine palette. With radiant Blush shades Mirrored Pink, an iridescent soft pink and Sahara, a matte, dark coral, for a sophisticated finish.
How to: Eyeshadow: Use the mini eyeshadow applicator to sweep the lighter shades all over the eye lid. Blend well, as this acts as a base for deeper shades. Then apply the medium or dark shades across the crease to define eyes
Blush: Using the mini blusher brush included, sweep onto the apples of the cheeks
Comes in 2 variants- Dancing Till Dusk and See You At Midnight
MRP: $14.99
Dancing Till Dusk is the one I am reviewing today. It is more on the warm side while See You At Midnight is more on the cooler side.
Dancing Till Dusk has the blushes Mirrored Pink and Sahara and the eyeshadows from the Au Naturel Palette.
See You at Midnight combines deep blue and pearlescent purple eyeshadows from our Vintage Romance i-Divine Palette. Along with Blush in Pomegranate, a golden berry hue and Antique,a shimmery dusky rose, for a captivating look.
It comes in a small rectangular black packaging and has a mirror and a small double sided applicator and a small brush.
Shades:
Eyeshadows:
Satin finish champagne shade (Beautiful!)
Matte taupe (For the crease)
Matte beige n*de (Almost skin color, perfect for blending and brow bone)
Medium brown with gold shimmer
Blushes:
Mirrored Pink – A soft, romantic satin finish bright pink. Very bridal for fair skin tones.
Sahara: Matte peachy coral. Super pretty on warm skin tones <3
I would recommend See You At Midnight for darker/deeper skin tones coz the shades would show up on them well and Dancing Till Dusk for both but especially for warm skin tones. I am glad I got the Dancing Till Dusk coz I am totally a warm person and love neutrals/warms in eye shadows and peachy, natural blushes. Also, warm shades look beautiful on our Indian skin tones.
Its a perfect daytime palette with a brown, taupe, champagne, a shade for blending and a nice peach blush. Mirrored Pink looks a little bright though but looks nice when blended if you want to turn a day time look to a night time look. Its travel friendly and carry one and you are sorted kind of a palette. Highly recommended!

They have four different ranges in shampoo and conditioner:
Born Again- For Stressed Hair
Full on Volume- For Fine Hair
Perfect Balance- For Normal to Dry Hair
Intense Moisture- For Seriously Dry Hair
I got recommended the Perfect Balance in Shampoo and Intense Moisture in Conditioner after my hair consultation.
Shampoo and Conditioner are a part of Prep. They also have dry shampoo, foams and other styling products as a part of Style.
I have been using this from quite some time now. To start with, I love the packaging! So colorful and the shapes are fun too! Pump packaging in shampoos are very convenient, though not good for travel. You can pump it out in a small bottle for travelling. And the conditioner has a flip cap packaging.
Both are white in color and have a fresh smell. Shampoo is a little runny and does not foam too much but decent enough.
Shampoo cleanses the hair thoroughly well in one wash and hair does not feel dry after cleansing, it maintains the Ph balanace as claimed.
Conditioner is rich and creamy and since I have drier ends, its perfect for them.
Hair had less tangles while being washed. It gave volume and bounce to the hair. Hair was smoother with less frizz. But it does not give a sleek look or shine, I was not even expecting that.
It does not weigh the hair down. And is a normal no fuss shampoo that cleanses the hair thoroughly while maintaining the moisture balance. Hair is neither oily nor dry and stays so for 2 days. Its safe and light enough to use everyday too.
Conditioner is rich and creamy and moisturises the ends, but still did not weigh the hair down. Neither made it oily or greasy.
Both the shampoo and conditioner are decent enough and good for everyday use. They do not claim tall things. It is what you expect from a normal shampoo and conditioner.
Only availability is an issue. Its either available at BBLUNT salons or online.
It does not have SLS but does have SLES,it does not foam much, so mild enough to cleanse your hair and get rid of the dirt and grease.

This is what I wore to the River Island for Jabong fittings at Lakme Fashion Week this time. Pics clicked by the lovely Shanaya from Little Miss Sinner.
I love floral dresses. I gave it a semi formal touch by adding the black blazer and black bag. Blue suede ankle strap heels complimented the blue flowers on the dress. The statement belt cinched the waist and gave a nice fit. Added a bronze statement necklace and a gold cuff, and my favourite Daniel Wellington watch to complete the look.
Dress: Old
Blazer: Shown HERE
Shoes: Shown HERE
Belt: Style Fiesta (Shown HERE, HERE and HERE)
Bag, Necklace, Cuff: Romwe
Watch: Daniel Wellington
Venue: Palladium Hotel
I hope you liked the outfit. Do let me know in the comments below.

Has a flat-brush for smooth application
Ok, so if you follow me on my facebook, twitter or Instagram, you would know how I and my fellow blogger friend Dollie from Indian Shringar selected this shade Blazing Blue to be a part of Color Show Bright Sparks range. Similarly there were few other bloggers who selected these 7 shades.
After the Maybelline Glitter Mania launch, we did this secret activity to select the shades for this new Bright Sparks range which was supposed to be the festive cum autumn/winter range.
I like the fact that a brand includes us bloggers to be a part of their collections and launches in some or the other way. Feels good to be a part of this launch.
I got this shade which we selected along with these 5-6 pics (shown above) from the event which were clicked while we were selecting the shades.
Coming to this shade 706 Blazing Blue, its a bright ink blue which instantly brightens your hands and make your hands look pretty.
The texture, brush, etc is all exactly like the Maybelline Color Show range. I would say the only issue is, it started chipping from the tips in 1-2 days but not too much.
Overall, I love the brush and the smoothness, the price and the shades. Pretty pigmented and in 2 coats, you are sorted.
Rating: 4.25/5
I so want to try the Burnished Gold, Firewood Brown and Spark of Steel! They sound amazing.
Also, I would be giving away 10 of these Blazing Blue to 10 of you!! So, stay tuned for the contest and the hashtag #BlazeOfPassion.

Illamasqua Vintage Metallix in Bibelot, Courtier Review, Swatches
What the Company claims: Vintage Metallix eyeshadow provides a metallic cream-gel texture that provides long wear and comfort. Smudge resistant and long lasting formula. Apply with your fingers or an Illamasqua brush.
A long lasting, metallic cream-gel texture, with a smudge resistant finish.
Key Benefits:
1. Intense metallic finish.
2. Smudge resistant.
3. Maximum long wear.
Application: Apply using fingers or an Illamasqua brush
MRP: £16.50 for 5ml (Approx Rs.1620/-)
Illamasqua Vintage Metallix is a part of their ‘Once’ collection. A set of three cream-gel eye shadows were launched as a part of this range: Bibelot (Vintage Green), Courtier (Vintage N*de) and Embellish (Vintage Brown)
I love cream eye shadows, they are easy to apply and blend and takes just a minute or so for that perfect blended look. I can use it anywhere and everywhere, even when I am travelling and I do not need to carry palettes or brushes. Plus I am mostly always in a rush, so cream shadows come to my handy. I also the Maybelline Color Tattoos for the same reason.
And when I got these, I was pretty excited to try them.
Today I am reviewing the shades Bibelot and Courtier. These come in a simple glass packaging with a golden cap and the Illamasqua symbol embossed on it. The mouth is wide enough to get the product on your fingers.
These are super duper creamy and blend easily, can even be layered quickly. It takes a minute for them to set, and once set, they don’t budge at all! They have stayed put whole day with minimal fading.
Bibelot is a gorgeous forest green with gold shimmer.
Courtier is a frosty n*de pink with silver shimmer.
Courtier is a shade one can use in daytime or for everyday formal wear with just a winged liner. Looks super classy, giving just a hint of shimmer.
Bibelot is the perfect fall/winter shade. One can create beautiful 2 minute green smokey eyes with it. Also, its a nice shade for Indian wear.
Overall, I loved them. I would love to try Embellish too, coz I cant have enough of browns 😀 But if I have to recommend one, I would suggest Bibelot. Its a must have <3
They are definitely slightly on the expensive side, but with MAC Paint pots’ increased pricing at Rs.1500/-, they are almost the same, with Illamasqua offering slightly more qty but texture wise, Illamasqua are much more creamy and easy to use, where as MAC Paint Pots dry up quickly and are not as creamy as these.
Only issue with Illamasqua is availability. You need to buy it online from their site HERE.
Rating: 4.5/5

What the Company claims: There is no substitute for Natural Lavender. It provides a complexity and subtlety that cannot be achieved with even the best synthetic ingredients. That complexity and subtlety provides the heart of
Demeter Naturals Lavender, which mingles gracefully with aspects of orange, lemon and gallanum. The journey comes to a perfectly balanced completion with a refining touch of expensive and rare woods.
Lavender is a riddle that neither Science nor the Perfumer’s Art have been able to solve, but the Poet had no such problems:
“ladies fair, I bring to you
lavender with spikes of blue;
Sweeter plant was never found
growing on our English ground.”
By Caryl Battersby
I love lavender! I just cannot have enough of it, be it a hand cream, body wash or body lotion. Lavender hand cream and body wash are my all time favourites. I love how the scent relaxes you and calms you down.
When I received this Demeter Naturals in Lavender, this was the first I opened and tried, and did I like it ? Yes, I loved it. It smells of pure lavender. And even when you use it on your skin, you don’t feel the alcohol much, but more of an oil.
I received a faulty spray though. It did not sprayed but only leaked :/ I believe checking the bottle physically is very important. I got it exchanged and the new one worked fine.
Demeter Fragrance Library Naturals Sage EDT Spray
What the Company claims: A unique fresh scent infused with light herbal notes and sweet fresh greenery.
The Tea Plant and Sage
From “Literary Fables” by Tomás de Iriarte
From China, once, the Tea-plant coming,
Met with the Sage upon his way.
“Friend,”—said the latter, — “whither roaming?”
“For Europe, where for me they pay
A generous price,” — quoth Tea, — “I’m bound.”
“And I,” — said Sage, — “to China’s market go;
Where I am held in reverence profound
For beverage or for medicine, you know.
In Europe no good fortune waits on me;
A worthless herb, not comparable to thee,
But quite too common there — to shine.
I to your home am sent, and you to mine.
I am not really a fan of sage, so was’nt too sure of this. But somehow started liking it a bit. It smells more like a men’s cologne but a milder version. It is earthy and herbal, a ‘green grass’ kind of smell. I find this scent does not last long enough though.
And if I have to choose one, I did definitely go with lavender. Absolutely loved Lavender!
Have you tried Demeter Naturals EDT Spray before ?
