I created this gold and pink eye makeup look perfect for attending Indian weddings as a guest. The whole base is dewy and luminous with not much contouring or bronzing, but the focus is on eyes, lips and pink flushed cheeks.

I had an option to pick a combination of two makeup products this month, from varied choices. It was the Sugar Mini blush/contour/highlighter paired with either Sugar Viola Crayon sample or a full sized Bella Voste Crayon. Now I wanted to give them away to one of you and I already had all Sugar launches, so I picked the full sized Bella Voste crayon along with Sugar highlighter for one of you.
I love the shade ‘Rose Crush’ of the Bella Voste Matte Crayon, it’s a pretty rosy pink, perfect for everyday.
Champagne Champion highlighter by Sugar is also very pretty and subtle enough for daily and day time use.
I love the refreshing orange scent of the soap and the lemongrass face wash.
The face wash and Veet wax strips are perfect for travel. Veet wax strips are always handy.

After nail paints, Stay Quirky has launched lipsticks now. I got all 24 shades and have reviewed and swatched for you all.

They come in a small, rectangular packaging. The names are all super quirky, the shade options are really good. They have conventional neutrals to bold reds and berries to unconventional yellow, blue, green.
The best part is the price, they are pretty affordable and offer a pretty good qty.
The formula is semi matte, it does have a little shine initially but it settles off in some time. These are creamy and moisturizing and comfortable on the lips.
They are not transfer proof and stay for about 3-4 hours, the darker colours do leave a nice stain.
I highly recommend trying them for the price, especially if you wanted to try an unconventional shade or experiment a bit.

Indian Summer Makeup Tutorial | Gold Eyes and Blue Liner

I created this summer makeup tutorial apt for casual outings or even summer weddings, especially if you have blue and gold in your outfit.
I used cushion foundation and very little highlighter as you don’t want a heavy base for summers and too much shimmer on the face, coz you sweat anyway.

The gold gives a nice warmth to the summer look and the pop of blue liner adds come colour. For the lips, I didn’t want something too bright or light, so mixed the two pinks to get the perfect rosy pink.

To start with the packaging, it has color coded matching outer cover and black body. The packaging is similar to the MAC Liptensity lipsticks and looks very classy from the outside. The inner part however is flimsy and plasticky, it’s not very sturdy and the body shakes a bit. Also the bullets are not very sturdy, one of my lipstick bullet came off on it’s own. I had not even started swatching them or using them, just opening and twisting, maybe one was already broken.
But if you drop them once, the lipstick bullet will break and come off. I like the So Matte magnetic packaging more as it was sturdier comparatively. You have to be very careful with this one.
Also the shape of the lipstick bullet is flat and I hate applying lipsticks which are flat on top as application on the edges of the lips is very difficult and the lipstick goes everywhere :/ You have to use the tip on the edges, but the flat shape often goes outside.
Formula though is pretty good! These are super pigmented, all these hand swatches are 1.5-2 swipes each like I didn’t even need to go two full times over them. Same for my lips, in two swipes you get complete, opaque coverage. See in the swatches video, I wanted to show that specifically.
These have a semi matte finish again, but are more pigmented and rich in colour compared to So Matte. These stay for 4-5 hours, and even longer without eating or drinking. With eating, it will fade from the center but leaves a strong tint behind which stays on throughout. I like the staying power
These are very moisturising nad comfortable on the lips. I love the shade selection they have, everything from nudes and pinks to deep purples and browns. A perfect shade range, also the affordable price tag!
I have divided them into six each, 1 to 6 and 7 to 12 for convenience.
01 Nude Spice is a cool toned nude
02 Cool Girl Nude is a more deeper nude brown, again cool toned
03 No Chill Orange is a bright, warm orange
04 Peaches N Cream is a beautiful peachy pink mix
05 Tender Rose is a cool toned bright rosy pink
06 Chick Flick Pink is a deep pinky brown
07 Rock N Roll Pink is a bright fuchsia pink
08 Purple Monster is a bluish purple
09 Bombshell Berry is a deep berry
10 Rebellious Red is a bright cool toned red, reminds me a little of MAC Ruby Woo. Of course formula wise, completely different
11 Hearts N Kisses is a warmer red
12 Grunge Brown is a deep, dark chocolate brown

Also another con would be the shade name is only mentioned on the outer box, I had to remove those stickers and stick them on the lipstick, as the actual lipsticks only have numbers.
My favourite shades are Cool Girl Nude, Peaches N Cream, Tender Rose, Chick Flick Pink, Rock N Roll Pink, Rebellious Red and Grunge Brown. I know I have many favourites 😀 Even like the first Nude Spice, perfect everyday shade. Even Peaches N Cream and Tender Rose are good everyday wear shades.

Feelunique Haul : theBalm, Real Techniques, Rimmel

I got a few things from Feelunique.com a few months ago. I had filmed this video earlier but if you don’t already know, I have got a fracture recently and hence it took some time to edit, etc.,
About Feelunique: Feelunique is a UK based website which stocks all international brands from Real Techniques, Sleek MakeUP, NYX, Maybelline, Benefit, theBalm, Rimmel London, etc. They have 1000’s of brands under them. They offer free shipping all over the world above £60 and £15 shipping below that. But even if you buy 2-3 items, you can easily cross £60.
Also they have a lot of offers from time to time and free Gifts with Purchases. Only disadvantage I would say is customs and since that is not fixed or cannot be determined, it is a bit of risk.
I got 6 items out of which one item was missing. I paid Rs 950/- customs on rest of the 5 items. Let’s see what all I got..
And the item which went missing was the Maybelline Vivid Matte Liquid Lipstick. I wanted all of these items since a really long time! They were on my wishlist! And I am so glad I got these.

Indian Makeup Tutorial for College/Work | Drugstore
Hi guys,
I am doing this simple college/work appropriate makeup look using just 6-7 products. Also all products are drugstore and I have only use one makeup brush.
This look can be done in 5 minutes and is perfect for your everyday college/work.
That’s it. The blush is optional, you may or may not use it. Also you can go for any base i.e. any BB Cream/tinted moisturiser which works for your skin type and shade. You can also skip the concealer if you don’t have problematic skin or dark circles.
If you have oily skin, make sure you powder and if you have dry skin, you can just carry it along for touch up on T zone later.

I know my dark circles are not completely covered, but I have neither used a corrector nor a full coverage foundation, I do not prefer using heavy base in regular. Maybelline Fit Me is just perfect for me, also on most days I only use a BB or CC cream as base with concealer and powder. Even the Maybelline Fit Me does not get that much use :p But then, that’s just me, I do not like heavy or full coverage for everyday. Though I am looking for a good orange corrector, and would be getting the LA Girl Pro Conceal in Orange to try.
