All About Laser Hair Removal Treatment

By Ishleen

Hair free, now pain free?  Yes, please!

When was the last time you girlies had to endure the distressing pain of waxing and tweezing and plucking? It is DEVASTATING! Okay! Maybe devastating is too harsh a word! But you got my point, right? It is upsetting. Be it a full body waxing session, a facial wax or a bikini wax, the very thought of getting my hair torn apart from my body makes me cringe. And if treatments like the laser treatment, that we are going to talk about today, come to our rescue, I would personally call it a SAVIOUR.

Thanks to the ever growing field of technology, beautifying yourself has become much more convenient and hassle-free. This is where comes handy the oh-so-famous LASER HAIR REMOVAL therapy. Agreed, it is a typically, not-so-pocket-friendly treatment that we are talking about. But if you have that extra credit to splurge, then why not!

TYPES OF LASER TREATMENTS AVAILABLE:

Permanent hair removal through laser beams has been getting popular over the past few decades. Many of us do not know, what exactly is all this about. So here, let me help you out! Basically, permanent hair removal can be done by two ways. Firstly, the laser beams, in which highly concentrated beams are focused on a target area, killing the hair follicles on the targeted skin. Secondly, hair removal can be done through IPL, i.e. Intense Pulsed Light. In this particular treatment, beams of low intensity are widely interspersed on a larger area. IPL is a more general process than laser treatment, which is more targeted. And due to more specific results, people often chose laser treatments over IPL treatment.

HOW DOES THE LASER TREATMENT WORK?

This is the question which hovers over our mind the most often. How exactly does this treatment help in permanent hair loss? Let’s face the truth here. Even laser hair treatments do NOT provide any permanent solution to unwanted hair growth. It just delays the growth of the hair for longer durations. The laser attacks the skin, and in the process kills the hair follicles. More precisely, it attacks the melanin in the hair follicles.

The next big question that arises in our mind, is this suitable for us? Laser treatments were basically targeted for the “LIGHT SKIN-DARK HAIR” audience. Those who had pale skin and darker hair were the most apt patients for this treatment, but now these treatments can be used by dark skinned beauties as well, thanks to the advanced technology.

CHOOSING THE RIGHT CLINIC:

Wait, what? Did I just say clinic? Patients? Treatments? Yes, it is a medical procedure. So if you are thinking of getting it done, steer clear form spas and saloons which provide these services without any medical and professional guidance. Even if you are planning to get laser hair removal done from a reputed hospital or clinic, make sure it is done by a professionally acclaimed cosmetic surgeon. In the case of the treatment being done by the doctor’s assistant, make sure a competent doctor remains on site of the procedure to look into any complications.

Surely, it would burn a hole in your pocket, but for some, it has proved to be worth the splurge. The treatment would require about 5-6 sittings, after which approximately 70% of the targeted area’s hair follicles die, thus resulting in hair loss which seems to be permanent. The average cost for each of these sessions may vary from clinic to clinic; depending on where you get it done from and which areas do you target. The sessions generally are meted out on alternative months and can be continued with touch ups, which should generally be taken, for better results.

But alas, no good things come without drawbacks. Most of the times, people who undergo these treatments have to suffer from swelling, redness and rashes on the skin. The skin can get irritated, but your doctor can prescribe ice-packs or targeted gels which can comfort your skin. Although scarring and blisters can occur on the skin, but these cases are very rare and are mostly seen on people with darker skin tones. No, I am not a racist. There is a scientific reason behind that. The darker skin has more melanin and can absorb the radiations more easily as the skin gets more porous. Other changes that may occur after the procedure are hypo pigmentation or hyper pigmentation, which is lightening or darkening of the targeted skin. Though these changes are temporary, but yes, they may happen.

PREPARING FOR THE TREATMENT:

Like any medical procedure, even laser treatment has a set of do’s and don’ts. Consultation with a reputed and experienced doctor is a must, beforehand. You should discuss with your doctor regarding the treatment; whether it is suitable for your particular skin and what results should you be expecting after the required sessions. Discussing the cost is also a generally good idea. Many doctors do advise avoiding direct contact with sun, at least six weeks before the due treatment. It is advice to cut back on waxing, plucking or electrolysis, i.e. any process which can hamper the hair follicle. Some doctor’s advice to shave the skin before the procedure, to get improved results. You may think, why this difference? It is because waxing damages the hair follicle and tugs at it; whereas shaving removes hair while keeping the follicle secure

Indeed, waxing is upsetting, and the mere thought of bikini-waxes makes us cringe and shiver. Yes, yes, we all hate the pain but love that silky, smooth-as-a-baby’s-butt skin. With the improved technology, you can bid the hot and messy waxing adieu forever. Sounds blissful! Doesn’t it?

So this is basically it. This is what I think about this so talked about practice. Go ahead, give it a try. But remember to play it safe. Stay beautiful.

Editor’s Note: Well written Ishleen, I have tried the Laser Hair Removal for my underarms and bikini area, read HERE and HERE. It’s been more than a year and I could not complete all 6 sessions still my growth has reduced a lot! It is basically hair reduction and not hair removal.

Have any of you tried laser hair removal/reduction? Your experience?

Kaya CC+ Complexion Corrector Cream Review, Swatches, FOTD

Kaya CC+ Complexion Corrector Cream Review, Swatches, FOTD

Hi guys,

A new review after a long time, this one was pending from months. Kaya launched this CC+ Complexion Corrector Cream and the Hydra Cleanse Makeup Remover both in November. I would be reviewing the remover too, since I shifted in December, there was a lot going on and also I misplaced some stuff, so until I settle down 😀

Anyway coming back to the review,

What the Company claims: Kaya’s Complexion Perfector Cream is a one-step solution to give your skin instant coverage and even skin tone with a perfect make-up finish. Kaya’s CC cream is specially formulated after careful research and development by dermatologists to suit all skin types and give you all in one skin benefits. The CC cream instantly blurs imperfections, reduces fine lines and gives your skin a smooth finish. It contains Imperita Cylindrica which provides moisturization and hydration for your skin to give it a natural looking instant glow. Containing SPF 25, the CC cream ensures sun protection from both UVA and UVB rays. To provide long term skin benefits it contains Niacinamide–a potent whitening active makes skin tone lighter and even toned with regular use.

MRP: Rs. 990/- for 30ml

Ingredients:

It comes in this black hard bottle packaging which looks like a tube but it is hard and cannot be squeezed, it looks like a tube but is more like a bottle. I love the pump dispensor and cap which is hygienic and easy to use.

It is moisturizing and does not make the skin feel uncomfortable, very light on the skin and good enough for daily use. I do need a moisturizer underneath currently as it’s colder, but I used this as it is in November and it worked just fine.

Sadly it only comes in one shade, which is good for medium skin tones. It gives light coverage and evens out the skin tone and redness but will not conceal your dark circles or acne scars. It looks quite light in the swatch but somehow matches the skin tone, but I think it will look a bit ashy on deeper skin tones.

I am glad that it gives SPF25 protection and has Niancinmide and pea extract in the ingredients which also heals the skin and fades acne scars. Pea extract contains antioxidants, amino acids, minerals and proteins.

Here is how it looks on me..

As you can see it has covered my dark circles and spots lightly but they are still very much visible.

Price and availability is an issue, though it is available online too now, it is surely priced on the higher side. But coming from Kaya Skin Clinic, you can be assured you are getting some skin benefits unlike other cosmetic brands’ BB/CC Creams. I would have liked at least 3-4 shade options and the price to be a little reasonable. Also all ingredients should have been mentioned.

Kaya Insta – Brightening Micro Mask Review

Kaya Insta – Brightening Micro Mask Review

What the Company claims: Insta Brightening Micro-Mask is a light silky gel, transparent rinse-off mask with a unique combination of botanical extracts of Scutellaria Baicalensis, White Mulberry, Saxifraga Sarmentosa and Grape that work together to give you visibly brighter and radiant skin in just 20 minutes. The unique Micropatch technology releases the whitening active into the skin even long after the mask has been removed.

MRP: Rs.1800/- for 15 ml

Ingredients : Aqua, Saxifraga Sarmentosa Extract, Vitis Vinifera (Grape) Fruit Extract, Butylene Glycol, Morus Bombycis Root Extract, Scutellaria Baicalensis Root Extract, Disodium Sulfite, Sodium Metabisulfite, Pueraria Lobata Raat Extract, Methyparaben, Algin, 2-Phenoxyethanol, Acacia Senegal Gum, Xanthan Gum

How to Use – Apply generously over entire face and neck post cleansing. Leave it on for 20 Minutes and then rinse with water.

It comes in a white pump packaging with a transparent cap. First of all, the quantity of 18ml is very very less for a mask and at that price point coz you need a good amount to cover your face with a mask completely. And if you use it every alternate day, this would hardly last a month or so.

Its a thin gel form, which spreads easily all over the face. There is no stretchiness and its not those clay based like masks. It has a terrible smell! And to bear it for 20-25 minutes is also a pain.

It claims to give visibly brighter and radiant skin within 20 minutes. I have been using it for more than 2 weeks now, but do not see any such difference. It just refreshes the skin and gives the softer, smoother feel which most masks give. But no radiant skin as such.

Its expensive and I did not notice any breathtaking results. It worked like a pretty basic mask for me.Would not really recommend.

I had decided of trying out the Derma-Regen 4 layer Therapy. I went for a facial just few days back.Last week I and my fiancee travelled on bike for 5-6 hours straight from morning to evening as went furniture shopping for the new home. Even though I had used a scarf but you know how it is in Mumbai. Result, tanned skin. Hence I chose the Intense White Dry Scrub which is targeted at tan removal.

About the Facial: (Also known as Intense White Luxe)

KAYA INTENSE WHITE LUXE THERAPY

Prolonged exposure to sun can seriously damage the facial skin – like cause tanning or affect the sensitive pigmentation cells to make your face look darker and affect its appearance in the long term.

Presenting Kaya Intense White Luxe Therapy – to give your facial skin the pampering and care it needs. It works in 2 stages to give the desired benefits

Stage 1: REDUCE the tanning and pigmentation that constant exposure to UV rays leave behind on skin. This uses the Remy Laure Peeling Cream that exfoliates to reduce tanning with its dry chaffing action. Arbutin extracts relieves the skin off the damage to create a visible (subject to consumer trials) lightening difference.

Stage 2: CONTROL the impact of melanin production. The application of highly potent skin brightening cream & Vitamin C brightening peel-off mask in multiple stages helps achieve this by imparting a uniform skin tone throughout the skin.

Rediscover brighter and moisturized skin minus the effects of the sun. Say goodbye to sun-affected skin with the Kaya Intense White Luxe Therapy*.

I was attended by the practitioner Moli. They use Remy Laure products for this facial.

Steps:

1. At first, the skin is cleansed with Remy Laure Cleansing Foam.

2. Next a toner is applied.

3. It is followed by the Remy Laure Peeling Cream which is the main product of this facial. It is kept for 3 minutes and it dries within 2-3 minutes, then it is scraped off with fingers part by part. (Hence the name Dry Scrub)

4. It is followed by a serum and a brightening cream.

5. Then the skin is massaged with a massage balm for about 15 minutes. (The best part. It was really relaxing)

6. Massage is followed with the Vitamin C brightening peel-off mask. A thick layer of the mask is applied which peels off completely in the exact shape of the mask when dried. (I hope you are getting it)

7. Followed by the serum and brightening cream again.

8. At last, a sunscreen is applied.

Cost: Rs.4500/-

Duration: 1 hour

Precautions:

  • Avoid splashing hot water for 12 hours
  • Wear a sunscreen regularly for 3-4 days

Result: I saw instant reduction in my tanning and my skin was back to normal tone. After 2-3 days I saw more obvious and visible difference. Also the skin felt soft and smooth, the dead skin cells and dry patches were gone. I won’t say I saw magical results  but skin definitely felt amazing.

Overall I would say its the perfect facial if you want to get rid of your tan and do not have the time for herbal and natural remedies to work (as they take their own sweet time) I get tanned very very easily and it takes ages for me to get rid of my tan the natural way. Since I am getting married in 8 days and do not have the time to wait for the skin to detan, this was just perfect! I know its on the expensive side, but if its an important event/function, this is worth investing. Recommended!

Have you tried any facial at Kaya? What facial is your favourite and where?

The Mumbai Bride Diaries: Bikini Laser Update

The Mumbai Bride Diaries: Bikini Laser Update

Hey guys,

Remember the last time I told you about the pros and cons of bikini waxing and bikini laser. Read it HERE. I got my 1st bikini laser session at Kaya Skin Clinic and also shared my experience.

And now after the 2nd session, here is an update.

At first, let me tell you, with just 1 session, the growth had reduced to half! Like literally half. This time for the 2nd session, the doctor gave a higher reading, which I understood from they way she was explaining the practitioner  and was already scared.

There are generally two different frequency settings prescribed by the doctor, higher for the upper area where there is more thick and coarse growth and a lower frequency for the main sensitive area.

I had mentioned about the pre and post care in the previous post, how they keep the anesthetic cream (Prilox) for 45 minutes before the laser and things to avoid post laser, etc.

Since the frequency was higher this time, it hurt!! I won’t lie, this time it did hurt on the upper area and after 2-3 lines when it became a little unbearable, the practitioner lowered the frequency level and it was much better. The main area had a lower frequency and that was still bearable.

Always tell your practitioner to lower the frequency if its unbearable for you, there is generally a range given by the doctor. And its completely fine if the laser is at a lesser frequency, not that you wouldn’t get the desired results, the laser light will still find the dark hair follicle and burn it.

Its been more than 2 weeks now since I got my 2nd session done and I am super happy to tell you guys that there is like hardly any growth! It must be around 25-30% that too not much on the upper area. It feels so nice. And its very important from hygiene point of view too.

My 3rd session would be on 1st or 2nd December just before the wedding. (I hope so, if the periods, etc cooperate)

I would update you guys in January now about the 3rd session and the growth.

Did any of you try bikini waxing or bikini laser ? Do let me know in the comments below 🙂

Kaya Purifying Spot Corrector Review

Kaya Purifying Spot Corrector Review

Hey guys,

Today I am reviewing something which we all are forever searching for- a spot acne corrector! Don’t we all hate those sudden unwanted zits and acne ? And that just before an important function/event!

What the Company claims: The Kaya Purifying Spot Corrector dries up blemishes overnight, calms inflammation. Deeply exfoliates and unclogs skin pores.

How To Use: Cleanse skin. Open pen to dispense the product onto the pen tip and dab onto affected areas twice daily.

Can be used alone or under makeup.

Ingredients: Zinc Sulfate: An essential mineral for healthy skin, zinc acts as an astringent and helps in the treatment of acne. Salicylic Acid: A Beta Hydroxy Acid (BHA) which targets oil in hair follicles, exfoliates pores and clears the comedonesGlycolic Acid: A naturally occurring Alpha Hydroxy Acid (AHA) from sugar canes. Acts as an exfoliator, it penetrates through the cell walls, resulting in smoother and clearer skin. Camphor: Provides a cooling effect on the skin. Witch Hazel: Produced from the leaves and bark of the North American witch hazel shrub. It is a strong anti-oxidant and astringent, which makes it very useful in fighting acne.

MRP: Rs.849/- for 8ml

I have something to your rescue! This spot corrector is God sent. I had not started using this and suddenly I got this super painful big pimple on my cheek. And I thought, lets give this a try, if it actually works.

I used it twice a day. Just dab the applicator on the pimple. Within 2 days, the pimple subsided and the pain gone! Within 3-4 days, it was completely gone and in about a week, the scar started fading too. I know for a fact that it takes ages on my skin for a pimple to settle and the scar to fade.

Man, this thing works! Its like magic. The main ingredients are Salicylic Acid, Zinc Sulfate, Glycolic Acid and Witch Hazel extracts which together work against the acne first, tones that area, disinfects and also exfoliate the area faster leading to regeneration of skin quickly.

When you open the bottle to apply, you can smell the strong camphor fragrance. It sometimes may sting if the pimple is squeezed or the skin is open/has crack. Its a clear water like liquid.

The applicator is easy to use too. Only thing is it does’nt feel very good to dip the same used thing inside, I tried using it with fingers 1-2 times, but was not very comfortable.

Its slightly on the expensive side, but I have been using it so regularly twice a day and have not even finished 20% of it, so I would say its value for money! Also coz you just need very little only for that selected area.

Overall I would say, it really works and is a must have for all girls who get those annoying break outs in between or you are a bride to be, like me! (You surely don’t want unwanted zits and all scars healed, if there is, before your D Day)

Rating- 5/5 (I actually thought but could’nt find any con except the availability. But now Kaya products are available online too)

Have you tried any Acne spot Correctors ? Do they work for you ?Which do you like ?

The Mumbai Bride Diaries: Bikini Wax or Bikini Laser?

The Mumbai Bride Diaries: Bikini Wax or Bikini Laser?

Hey guys,

With around 2 plus (few days) months left for the wedding, I was contemplating whether to go for bikini wax or bikini laser hair reduction, coz its its laser, the sessions take time as there is a gap of around 1-1.5 months in between each session.

All of my friends until now have gone for bikini wax before their wedding or otherwise. And most of them still continue to do so, every single month! I have no idea how they bear the pain :/ I have never tried bikini wax and even the thought of it scares me!

One of my cousin and aunt had got the bikini laser hair reduction done from Kaya Skin Clinic and recommended the same to me.

Two things that need to be kept in mind for bikini laser are:

  • Cost involved
  • And its hair reduction, not removal

That is, hair reduces and there is very less/minimal growth but not complete removal in laser.

Bikini wax also has few issues like not every salon does it, unbearable pain and going through it every single month! And bikini wax at a good salon also costs anywhere around Rs.700/- to Rs. 1200/-

After contemplating the pros and cons, I decided to go for bikini laser hair reduction at Kaya Skin Clinic. Also, coz I have already experienced the underarm laser hair reduction at Kaya. Currently, bikini laser costs Rs.27,000/- for 6 sessions. They also have bikini+underarms combos which turns out more economical.

I already started with the first session last week. The area is marked and the doctor checks and gives the reading. Then the area marked is shaved. Unlike in underarm laser, they use an anesthetic cream (Prilox) that is to be kept for 45 minutes before the bikini laser starts.

One session takes about 1 hour 15 minutes in total. And there can be a gap of 1-1.5 months in between 2 sessions depending on the growth.

The laser does prick at few places and you can smell the burning hair roots, but its not unbearable kinds. And the pain is not continuous. You feel nothing at few places and a little more pain at few, especially the most sensitive part. (you know where)

They apply an ice pack after the laser is done, followed by a cream. I got some redness but it subsided in a day. You will feel the urge to pee immediately, but control for 5-10 minutes.

Post care is the same:

  • Use a moisturizer every 3-4 hours. Do not let the skin feel dry.
  • Do not wax.
  • Do not use soap, gel, etc on that area for 1-2 days
  • No swimming for a week

One thing to be kept in mind is, you can get the session done 10 days after your periods have ended.

I do see some growth which I was told, I will, the same case as in underarms. But most of those hair automatically fall off. My next session is due next month and I will update you guys about it.

If you have any questions regarding bikini laser hair reduction, drop in the comments below 🙂

Kaya Skin Clinic Laser Hair Reduction for Underarms- My Experience

Kaya Skin Clinic Laser Hair Reduction for Underarms- My Experience

So, I had my 2 sessions of Laser Hair Reduction for my underarms at the Kaya Skin Clinic and the third one is also due in some time, though I do not require it anytime soon. At first, do note that I mention hair reduction and NOT hair removal. Laser does not remove your hair completely like waxing does. It works on burning your roots and stopping the hair growth and since hair grows in cycles, you need 5-6 sessions of it, for every hair to grow and get under the laser light. And also, its a permanent solution. So, hair reduction which happens in every session, would remain so for a lifetime !

I was petrified of Laser, but I still wanted to give it a try, though I have had patch test before last year. Read about it HERE. (Also the benefits of Laser Vs. Waxing) I went to the Mulund Kaya Skin Clinic at Nirmal Lifestyle and they only have the old normal diode lasik machine and not the ND-Yag one. I was more scared since it was the underarm area which is anyways a lot more sensitive for most of us.

So, what the attendant does is, marks the area with a white pencil. And calls the doctor to check and give the grading. After the doc gives the grading, the attendant shaves the area and gives you a pair of light protecting glasses and uses one on self. Starts by applying a thick layer of gel on the area and goes over it, with the laser machine. You see the light and also feel the prick in between and right after the prick, smell the burning hair follicle. I was continuously chanting God’s name the first time I did it :p But, you know what, I never realised when it started and when it was done ! It took just 5 minutes for one underarm !! I was done in 10-15 minutes with the whole session.

After my 1st session,I had the appointment for the 2nd session after one month. But when I went for the 2nd session, the doctor told me not to go for the 2nd session, since there was hardly any growth for them to work on and that it would be no point of going for the session on such less growth. So, they called me for the 2nd session after a 2 month gap. Usually, the gap between 2 sessions is 1 month, but if you do not have the required growth, you can keep it 1.5-2 months. But, the only thing is, you cannot wax in between your 2 sessions !! You can shave, but not wax.

My 2nd session also went quite smooth. You do see some growth, but those hair automatically fall off in few days. And now again, after the 2nd session, I have hardly any growth, even though its close to one month now. I guess I will have to wait another month again 😀

Post Laser Care:

  • Use a moisturizer every 3-4 hours. Do not let the skin feel dry.
  • Use a sunscreen on the underarm everyday for atleast a week.
  • Do not wax.
  • Do not use soap, gel, etc on that area for around a week
  • No swimming for a week

Ya, I guess some very basic do’s and don’ts to follow. And lifetime, you can feel free to wear sleeveless without worrying about the underarm hair.

Kaya AntOx Vit-C Formula Serum Review

Kaya AntOx Vit-C Formula Serum Review

What the Company claims: It is a non-oily, easily absorbing anti-oxidants gel based on Vitamin C. Vitamin C is known to counteract free radicals responsible for premature skin ageing, protect the skin against environmental assault and delay the appearance of dark spot, fine lines and wrinkles and gives you softer, smoother skin.

How to use: It is a non-oily, easily absorbing anti-oxidants gel based on Vitamin C. Vitamin C is known to counteract free radicals responsible for premature skin ageing, protect the skin against environmental assault and delay the appearance of dark spot, fine lines and wrinkles and gives you softer, smoother skin.

Ingredients: Water, Sodium Ascorbyl Phosphate, Magnesium Ascorbyl Phosphate, Cellulose Gum, Phenoxyethanol, Ethylhexylglycerin

MRP: Rs.1790/- for 30ml

It comes in a small glass bottle pump packaging with a cap to cover that shuts perfectly tight..and had a seal at the start..for authenticity.

Its a transparent watery gel in texture..not too runny..and does’nt give any strong Vitamin C smell which is normally found in Vit C products..also it blends in well and is quiet light weight and non greasy.

But it does not moisturise and definitely need a separate moisturiser. And also what I noticed is, it sits on the face like a layer and does not get absorbed..and when you wash your face, you notice the slippery layer going away.

As far as the effect goes, I saw minor reduction and fading in 2-3 spots after continued usage. And cannot comment on lines or wrinkles coz I don’t have them. But there is not brightening as such.

Actually, Vitamin C serums have never worked that great on my skin..had the same experience with Kiehl’s Clearly Corrective Concentrate..it did not do anything much for me..Instead Kiehl’s Midnight Recovery Concentrate worked better for me..and skin was brighter and glowing whenever I used that..same with this..the Kaya Brightening Serum which I reviewed HERE worked great for me than this.

So, I would recommend this to people on whom Vitamin C works or may be try it out at the clinic first. For me, if I had to choose one, I would go with the Kaya Brightening Serum.

Pros:

1. Non greasy.
2. Light in texture.
3. Easy to use day or night.
4. Good pump packaging.
5. Continued usage helps in fading spots..and might help in wrinkles and lines too.

Cons:

1. Expensive.
2. Sits like a layer on the face.
3. Results were pretty ok.

Overall I would say its a nice serum and more suitable for people searching an anti-aging serum but who do not need an anti aging one..should go for the Brightening one.

I have been using this Kaya Brightening Serum from more than a month..and how does it fare..lets find out..

This serum comes in a thick white glass bottle with a steel colored plastic cap which has a dropper to get the perfect quantity you need…I like the packaging..but since it is glass, I am always afraid it will drop and break :/

Coming to the texture of this serum, it is plain and colorless like water. And very very light in texture..it gets absorbed in a jiffy..and no oiliness or any serum applied feeling.

It can be used both day and night..I use it more religiously as a part of night routine..and the next morning, I see a brighter glowing skin with less redness or unevenness and if one has acne marks or spots..even those would reduce..and the change is quite visible each and everyday….within a week you see and feel a difference in your skin.

Now I also take a break in between to see if the effects of a certain product are temporary..and yes, when I stopped using it, not that skin started looking dull immediately or something like that..but the brightness I used to get using this serum…slowly reduced and skin went back to looking the normal.

But I love the effects of it..not that they dont stay long..but ya I cannot even expect a product I use for a month to give me lifetime brightness and glow 😀

I dont mind using it regularly..since it is giving me a brighter, beautiful, glowing skin..and I guess no girl would :p

Pros:

1. Very light in texture.
2. Non greasy or oily.
3. Gets easily absorbed.
4. Brightens the skin.
5. Less redness and unevenness in skin..and marks fade faster.
6. Since you need only 2-3 drops, 30 ml would stay a long time.

Cons:

1. Available at Kaya stores or online.
2. Glass bottle..I am always scared it would break..I would not travel with it :/

Overall, I would say, go for it baby !! This thing works..I lovee it..

I dont mind using it regularly..since it is giving me a brighter, beautiful, glowing skin..and I guess no girl would :p

And would work for all skin tones. Highly recommended !
