Though its a little expensive, but then if you get luxury, you have to spend a little too..and many a times when you buy an expensive product, you would’nt really know before hand if the product would suit you and work for you..so here you get a chance to try out the luxury deluxe samples..and see what works for you..and then go ahead and buy the full sized from their site itself..and also get a discount on it..

The box and the packaging is pretty nice..the box is real sturdy and good quality with a magnetic flip on the side..in this month’s box, there is one extra sample instead of regular five..so we have six..

What I got in my box:

  • Thalgo Clearing Corrector (2 x 2ml)
  • Thalgo Brightening Regulating Essence (2 x 2ml)
  • Rene Furterer Karite Intense Nourishing Shampoo (15ml)

  • Eminence Organic Beauty Caramel Latte Tinted Moisturiser SPF 25 (2 x 3ml)

So as you can see all the brands are luxury..and the samples are pretty generous too..I only wish they include 1-2 items of makeup too….maybe a Zoya nail paint could have been a part of this box..coz I have generally seen skin care only in most of their boxes..and also if there can be customised samples according to the skin or hair problems one faces..


Overall, I would say its quite a nice beauty box..and a great way to try out luxury brands..and especially those who love skin care..Highly recommend !

Ok..so I am aware that Dec 2013 has ended..but since the box gets delivered at the end of the month..its was the end of Dec anyways..

What is Nature’s Co. Beauty Wish Box: Beauty Wish Box subscription gives you 6 deluxe sized beauty samples every month delivered to your doorstep. And generally plus one-two extra freebies..and some vouchers..and every month they have a theme..according to which the packaging and samples are chosen.

The subscription charges are : 1 Month – Rs.595, 3 Months – Rs. 1645, Half yearly – Rs.3215 and Annual – Rs.5950

Last date for subscribing the box would be 10th of every month and delivery would be done at the end of the same month. Cash on Delivery is available.

Last month it was ‘Travel Special’..this month i.e Jan, its ‘Post Party Pampering’

This time the theme being travel, they sent a nice jute pouch perfect to carry your toiletries while you are travelling..it contained 8 samples and vouchers with a personalised note and potpourri..

I have already tried the coffee face scrub and love it ! And also the red and green tea sunscreen which I am not much a fan of..Actually I would have liked something I have not tried till date..but then there is no questionnaire asking us which products you have already tried 😀 And pretty much everyone received the same products..so there was no customisation too..

I would have liked if products would have given according to skin type and issues..

I am loving the cocoa body scrub and Jasmine body mist..and the mixed berry lotion too..yet to try out the Sandalwood hair cleanser though..

I also received a 10 minute complimentary spa session voucher and a 35% off voucher on The Nature’s Co. Products which can be redeemed at their stores..plus a Sterling holidays voucher which requires you to fulfill some conditions obviously 😀

Overall at Rs.595/- where you get a different cute packaging every month and different 8 products..which are samples of good enough quantity..I would say this box is quite worth it ! Highly recommend !

After the Blisscovered and  GlossyBox fiasco, it is a little difficult to trust on these boxes again..but then here comes the Velvette Box..and it sure looks promising..so far all good..and I have heard all good stuff about them untill now..

Its a monthly subscription box where you get 3 luxury samples each month delivered to your doorstep..at the cost of Rs.399/- and they do have Cash on Delivery too..plus you get 16% off on yearly subscription..they also send discount vouchers for the samples if in case you want to buy it..

They have a whole shop category..where they sell all brands online including Crabtree & Evelyn, L’occitane, Paul Mitchell, etc..

Currently this month they have Clarins, The Body Shop, L’occitane, Crabtree & Evelyn, Clinique and some different perfume vials..

Let’s move on to the box..

It comes in this black cardboard packaging with a pink ribbon around..cute..

And whats inside the box..

Clinique Different Lipstick in Raspberry Glace and Long Lasting Lip Gloss in Fireberry, Clarins Gentle Exfoliator Brightening Toner, L’occitane Shea Butter Hand Cream and a small 1.5 ml perfume vial of Jesus Del Pozo Ambar..

I have used the L’occitane Lavender Hand Cream before..and I would have preferred the Crabtree & Evelyn one though..

But nonetheless..all things are good..the toner sounds nice..and I loved the lipstick too..the hand cream is super small and cute and perfect for the handbag 😉 And I do like this concept of getting to try 3 new things every month at the cost of Rs. 399/-
