MRP: Rs.350/- for 12ml

Live Your Now (LYN) come in a square shaped bottle with black cap. It has different collections like Reds,Greens,Corals bifurcated on the basis of colors and also Glitters,Sugar Rush,Sheers on the basis of finish and texture.

The formula is France based and it is indeed nice. 2 coats are all you need for a perfect, opaque coverage and it gives a super, smooth finish. Pigmentation wise its quite bright and the glossy finish and coverage is perfect.

It goes on smooth without any streaks and the best part is, it stays for a good 9-10 days with just a bit of chipping at the tips. Really impressed by the staying power and the color and finish does not get dull too. It has even survived 2 weeks with just a bit of chipping and the finish gets a bit dull later on. But no nail enamel has stayed that long on me!

It comes in 100 shades with all possible finishes and different textures. I am really keen on trying out the Glitters and Sugar Rush next.

I have tried the shades ‘No Morning Blues‘ and ‘Didya Vinka At Me’ untill now. All the 100 shades have such fun, quirky names 😀 No Morning Blues was a part of the February My Envy Box.

No Morning Blues is a creamy bright pastel blue

Didya Vinka At Me is a super creamy bright deep raspberry pink. Lot of people asked me about this shade :p

I absolutely love the finish and quality. Though its slightly higher priced, but the quantity of 12ml is good and also the quality is fab, maybe we can have a smaller size at a lesser price. I like that idea in nail enamels of having a lesser quantity so that we can use it completely and also have more colors.

Its available online on My Envy Box,Purplle and Nykaa. I hope it is more easily available soon both online and offline.

I highly recommend trying these, you can thank me later 🙂

MUA Pistachio Ice Cream Nail Varnish Review, NOTD

MUA “Pistachio Ice Cream” Nail Varnish Review, NOTD

By Magali

I spent the better part of 2013 looking for a perfect mint nail polish & I’m happy to say I finally found it!

Ingredients:

MUA Pistachio Ice Cream is a pigmented, milky mint creme. All you need is two coats to get a perfectly opaque finish. It comes in a mini bottle of 6.2ml for £1.

Interestingly enough, it’s also a near-perfect dupe for Essie’s cult favorite “Mint Candy Apple” at a fraction of the cost.

The only downside to the polish is the brush- the bristles are thick & cause a lot of streaking, it’s hard to get a nice finish. So you end up having to put thicker coats. With my Rimmel top coat it lasts around two days before I have any chips. Whether you’re using Acetone or a Nail Polish remover, this polish comes off easily.

If you’re looking for a mint polish at a very reasonable cost, I’d definitely recommend this one.

You can buy it online at http://www.muastore.co.uk/

Editor’s Note: I loveed the clicks Mag ! And love the mint color too..looks so chic on you..

China Glaze Introduces NEW Tranzitions Color Changing Collection

COLOR + TOP COAT = ENDLESS CREATIVITY

China Glaze® Introduces Tranzitions Color Changing Collection

There’s nail art and then there’s China Glaze® nail couture. Reverse French manicure, half moons, ombre, basket weave, dots or racing stripes: nail designs are intricate and multi-colored. China Glaze® introduces a new way to get multi-color, unique nail art with fewer bottles of polish with the new color-changing Tranzitions collection!

China Glaze® Tranzitions’ revolutionary new nail lacquer reacts when a clear top coat is applied, changing the color from one shade to another for a stunning effect. Wear any of the six beautiful, color-shifting shades alone, or allow your creativity to run wild and create intricate nail designs by applying a top coat all over or strategically. Try different looks using nail art brushes, free-hand designs or nail guides. Because each shade changes color, you get two lacquers in one, creating an entirely new look with just one swipe.

The China Glaze® Tranzitions collection features six shades, though with the color transition, you get 12 unique shades including:

· Split Perso-NAIL-ity – Dusty pink shifts to fuchsia

· Duplicityy – Mint green shifts to vibrant teal

· Modify Me – Periwinkle blue shifts to indigo blue

· Altered Reality – Teal blue shifts to turquoise

· Metallic Metamorphosis – Silvery grey shifts to bluish-charcoal grey

· Shape Shifter – Smokey violet shifts to dark purple

How It Works:

Step 1: Apply a base coat.

Step 2: Apply two coats of China Glaze® Tranzitions shade of choice. Allow to completely dry.

Step 3: Lastly, apply one coat of clear top coat such as China Glaze® Fast Forward and watch the color change right before your eyes.

Skinfood Nail Vita PK212 Review, NOTD

Skinfood Nail Vita PK212 Review, NOTD

What the Company claims: Except that this nail polish is available in different trendy colors, there are more details:

Gives a long lasting shine
Prevents drying nails and breakage

Protects dehydrated and rough nails
– Enriched with vitamins and keratin to counteract dehydration
– Gives a beautiful shine
– Color depending on number of layers
– Available in different colors: choose whether you go for trendy or elegant nails
– Dries quickly

MRP: 4.5 Euros for 13ml (Approx Rs. 300/-)

The shade PK212 is called Plum Milk..

Skinfood has tons of shades to shades to choose from..and apart from Nail Vita, they have other ranges too..

I love the shade..it is cool toned baby pink..but very sheer..needs 2-3 coats for it to show up properly..and takes some time to dry too if the coats are layered.

But it stays for 4-5 days without chipping and later too with some minor chipping stayed for around 10 days..

Gives a glossy finish..and the brush is easy to use too..and comes off easily without any staining or drying..

It has vitamins and keratin to protect the nails and prevent breakage..I am not sure of that..but nails surely felt better and not even drier..

And at 300, 13ml is a very good qty too..only issue being it is not available here 🙁

You can buy it from the BB Cream Shop HERE

Illamasqua Stance Nail Varnish- NOTD

Illamasqua Stance Nail Varnish- NOTD

Illamasqua Stance Nail Varnish is a part of the Illamasqua SS12 Human Fundamentalism Collection. Another shade part of this collection is Nomad which is a bright jade green..

What the Company claims: Leave your mark with bold, rich, vibrant colours. Hardwearing and chip-resistant with individual finishes from matt to high gloss. Apply two coats for intensity and use with Illamasqua Nail Base Coat and Illamasqua Nail Top Coat for the perfect finish. Talk with your hands and make a statement.

Tips
For application, try the 3 line technique: First wipe off the brush at the bottleneck of the nail
varnish bottle; the brush must be covered evenly with product and must not drip. The first line of nail varnish is applied in the middle of the nail, from the cuticle to the nail top, in a long, soft line. The second line goes on one side of the nail and the third line on the other side. This guarantees even distribution of the shade. Additional layers may be applied to suit coverage desired.

MRP: £13.50/15ml (price per 10ml £9.00)

I have already reviewed Illamasqua Nail Varnishes..check out the review here

Stance gives an opaque finish in 2 coats..and is glossy enough..you can add a top coat if you wish too. Goes on smooth and does not chip for a week ! But takes a lot of time to dry 🙁 I always mess up.. :/ I have cut my nails short..

Stance is described as fuchsia violet with a glossy finish.. Its a deep magenta shade..it appears more deep violet in person..and more fuchsia in pictures…it is one of those shades which make hands look pretty ! It has a hint of neon..and the bright hue just grabs the attention…totally loving it !

Check out the shade Taint here and Faux Pas here

Did you like Stance ??

P.S: Product sent by brand for review but it has not affected my opinion.
