I am using this sunscreen from the past 2 weeks now, mostly for hands and legs as it’s a body mist sunscreen. Here are my thoughts..
Claims: Neutrogena Ultra Sheer Body Mist Sunscreen SPF 30 provides powerful protection against sun damage while leaving a weightlessly invisible feeling on your skin. Formulated with clinically-proven Helioplex® Technology, it offers superior broad-spectrum protection from skin-aging UVA rays and skin-burning UVB rays.
Neutrogena is a non-greasy, oil free fast-absorbing and water resistant sunscreen that uses Dry-Touch Technology to provide an ultra-light, non-shiny finish. This weightless formula applies easily to even hard-to-reach areas and works at any angle.
It comes in this bottle with a spray nozzle, I have used spray sunscreens earlier and I thought it would be similar. I have used Avene and it was white liquid just in spray bottle. I expected this to be of the same consistency. But this is actually a watery spray.
Yes, you heard me right. It’s a watery spray just like a mist. Super easy to just spray on and blend. It is the most convenient sunscreen I have ever used. It is completely non greasy as it just like any face mist, perfect for all skin tones.
I love the soft powdery scent which lingers on for a few minutes. It is water resistant for upto 80 minutes and that’s an added bonus.
I use it on both my hands and legs. It is perfect to use for body as spray form is more convenient for body. SPF 30 sun protection might not be enough at times, and that is the only disadvantage it has. I wish they come up with SPF 50 formula in this same watery form soon.
I have no cons for this and nothing more to so, it is absolutely perfect and does what it claims, gives a weightless, clean feeling. Next time you go on a vacation and are searching for a good body sunscreen, look no further.

OMG! This is my Holy Grail sunscreen.
Loaded with SPF 50, water and sweat proof, mildly fragrant, gets absorbed like a dream without leaving a ghostly chalky white cast look (which other sunscreens do)
Doesn’t break out, suited for all skin tones. A must have!!!
Regular size 88ml retails at 499 INR and travel friendly size 30 ml retails at 199 INR
2. NEUTROGENA DEEP CLEAN FACIAL CLEANSER FOR OILY SKIN (BUY HERE for 301)
It’s a gel based face wash best for oily, acne prone skin (contains salicylic acid) ,oil and alcohol free making skin cleaner and calm. Maintains skin oil balance, doesn’t breakout, mildly fragrant though lathers less but that doesn’t effect its efficacy. May not suit dry skin as name suggests. It’s best at its price

3. NEUTROGENA NORWEGIAN FORMULA LIP MOISTURISER (BUY HERE)
Another must have product is this lip balm which comes in a pocket friendly packaging with secure snap on cap. As it is transparent, fragrance free and has SPF 15 it is perfect for daily use. Keep lips hydrated without being heavy or giving a waxy feel, prevents tanning. Ideal for lone use or under matte lipsticks. Moreover it is PABA free. It retails for 149 INR for 4g
4. NEUTROGENA OIL FREE MOISTURIZER WITH SPF 15 (BUY HERE)
My personal favorite is this 2 in 1 product (moisturizer cum sunscreen) which is non-greasy, alcohol free and non-comedogenic with SPF 15. It absorbs into skin very quickly, consistency is just right, quantity needed is very small to cover whole of the face-a little goes along way! Perfect for oily, acne prone skin. Absolute fragrance free is an added advantage. I also adore this for the travel friendly packaging as pumping dispenser comes with the lock so its 100% spill free in your bag. In all, excellent moisturizer to wear under everyday makeup.

5. NEUTROGENA DEEP CLEAN BLACKHEAD ELIMINATING DAILY SCRUB (BUY HERE for 216)
Last one to make it to top 5 is mild daily scrub, gel based with small orange granules which aid in cleaning and unclogging the pores without being harsh on skin as many other scrubs do and thus its suited for daily use. Salicylic acid being one of the ingredient makes it safe for oily acne prone skin though elimination of blackheads in Toto isn’t seen but one can feel the deep cleansing it does.
Retails for 240 for 100g of product
So these were my recommendations based on my reviews. Do let me know if these worked wonders for you as well.

Its a white colored bottle with a silver top and a plastic cap. Its a pump dispensor..so quite easy to use..you need just 1 pump..or max two pumps for the entire face..but since it has retinol..many do not use it all over the face..just on dark spots or problem areas. I like using serums..some how they work better and deeper for me..than just moisturisers..
Its a light yellow colored liquid..if you have used a serum..you would know the texture..not exactly like a lotion nor like a gel..some where in between..has a sweet smell similar to all Neutrogena products..I just pat it on..and restrict it to use at night..since it has retinol..which makes the skin sensitive..if you use it at day time..make sure you use a high SPF sunscreen..
You might experience some itching for a few minutes after application coz of the retinol..do not fret..some even experienced peeling of the skin in the first week..but skin was brighter and better the next week..depends on how your skin reacts to retinol..do a test patch first if you like..
Pros:
1. Does lighten dark spots and makes the skin more even toned..but not an overnight effect..takes 2-3 weeks for the difference to show up. But if you are suffering from dark spots, you should surely give this a try.
2. Skin is more brightened when used all over..I have used it both ways..but I prefer using it on dark spots more..as I do not want to use retinol all over.
3. Non comedogenic and oil free.
4. Did not break me out..but there is some itching for a few minutes.
Overall I did like it..and the brightening effect it gives to the skin. I did not have many dark spots..but it makes the skin more even toned..if you suffer from dark spots..this might help. But I do not recommend it for dry or sensitive skin. Check out the review of Fine Fairness Brightening Mask.. I attended the launch of Neutrogena Ultrasheer Complete UV Moisture SPF 50 yesterday at its flagship store in Lower Parel..the new product was unveiled by its Brand Ambassador Prachi Desai.
She did share her summer care tips..and also that wearing a sunscreen is a MUST for her..she used the Neutrogena’s Ultrasheer Dry Touch sunblock before and now after the launch of Ultrasheer Complete UV Moisture..she is using and loving it..

I also had a chat with Dr Geetanjali Shetty, Consultant Dermatologist and asked her more about the product. She said that Silica, a mattifying ingredient, which absorbs excess oil to prevent shine..is a primary ingredient in this..and hence it would be perfect for summers and oily combination skin and would not give that greasy sticky feeling as generally sunscreens do..I also asked her about how would she differentiate the Complete UV Moisture and Ultra Sheer Dry Touch Sunblock..and she said the UV Moisture also provides moisturisation along with offering protection without giving a greasy sticky feeling..so that can be the last step of CTM and a separate moisturiser would not be required when one uses this..where as the Sun Block only offers protection..and also that would be more suitable to dry skin…though both have different properties and purpose.
I also talked to Mr Manoj Gadgil, General Marketing Manager, Johnson & Johnson India..about Neutrogena and the best selling products..he said the Neutrogena Fine Fairness Mask is their hot selling one..along with their whole Fine Fairness Range..and more recently the new Neutrogena Deep Clean Blackhead Elimination Warming Treatment is making waves.
