This winter L’OCCITANE has decorated its Shea Butter Range with colourful, graphic patterns, inspired by the Bogolan cloth- A traditional fabric from West Africa.

For these limited editions, L’OCCITANE drew inspiration from three flowers with subtle scents.

Tommy Hilfiger Spring/Summer 2012 Collection Preview


I was invited to the Tommy Hilfiger Spring/Summer 2012 Collection Preview today at Bandra. Everything there was placed well..and all the new collection outfits were placed categorically.

It was divided into casual wear and sports wear..not totally sporty..but more camp and weekend kind..it does have this bifurcation generally here in India..but in the US they divide it into sports wear too.

Menswear is divided into three Fashion Groups namely Prep City, Prep Weekend and Prep Camp…the collection had casual and chic preppy chinos and denims, patterned shirts, bright lightweight sweaters, summer checked shirts, cargo, soft deconstructed blazers…with colors mostly being red,white,beige,blue,yellow,etc i.e all summery.

Womenswear was divided in the same..range having Safari dresses, slim chinos, cargo and scout shorts, modern check shirts with rolled up sleeves, striped sweaters and shorts, white denims and t-shirts and skirts in all colors.

Jumpsuit for kids..cute na

Childrenswear was super cute too..from color blocking, all over striped/checked shirts, jumpsuits and dresses in various colors.

I loved the footwear and glasses too..

So overall the collection is casual, preppy and smart..quite liked it..I love such casual comfy wear.
