Pond’s Perfect Match Contest Finale and the Winner


I hope you remember the four semi finalists of Pond’s Perfect Match Contest I shared with you..Ms. Swati Gupta, Ms. Sneha Kumthekar, Ms. Monal Kotak, Ms. Ayushi Bahuguna..Swati and Ayushi were from Delhi and Monal and Sneha from Mumbai..they had an interactive session with Dr. Aparna Santhanam last Monday…and then each of these girls were given a makeover through the week..I totally loved their makeovers..all four were looking fab..

I attended the finale on Saturday..it was at Renaissance Hotel in Powai, Mumbai…I loved the amazing setting across the lake..and the pleasant climate totally added to it..

They made the whole candle light dinner date setting to the right side of the stage for the lucky winner and Ranvijay ofcourse..

RJ Rohini compered it..and she has such super awesome sense of humor..Ranvijay interacted with each of the four girls..and then decided on the winner..

All four girls were introduced..and Rohini even interacted with their moms..

The moment seemed very tragic..and all four girls were nervous..well he felt he was more nervous and had never been so scared untill now in his life..never even during the most dangerous stunts…thats what he said..

So finally all girls closed their eyes and had their hand forward..and Ranvijay was going to keep a red rose in the hand of the winner..Ya it was Bollywoody (if thats a word) :p And Ranvijay gave the rose to Sneha Kumthekar..

And then they had the dinner date obviously..the lucky girl Sneha will also be the on the cover of some magazine..

Ok I feel like I am giving a running commentary now..but I loved the live band..they were all fresh and young..and the girl sang amazingly well..

The girl playing the guitar is just 16 !! And she was playing the keyboard too ! I guess her name is Shruti..do not remember exactly..but so talented..her face got covered..:/ my bad..

I loved how the contest and series of events took place..and the PR team was one of the warmest I have come across..everything was well planned and all fell into place..

Pond’s White Beauty announces 4 lucky semi-finalists of ‘The Pond’s Perfect Match Contest’

As you are aware that Pond’s latest launch ‘The New Pond’s White Beauty’ with GenWhite™ had launched an exciting initiative, ‘The Pond’s Perfect Match Contest’ – a contest on Facebook with the gratification which would sweep most women off their feet – a dream date with the hottest hunk – Ranvijay!

Pond’s White Beauty yesterday announced 4 lucky semi-finalists of ‘The Pond’s Perfect Match Contest’ – Ms. Swati Gupta, Ms. Sneha Kumthekar, Ms. Monal Kotak, Ms. Ayushi Bahuguna; who were given a specialized skincare and grooming session by Pond’s Beauty and Skincare Expert Dr. Aparna Santhanam, who counseled them for their specific skincare needs after analyzing their skin types.

The event happened at The Courtyard by Marriot..I was to attend the event but was not feeling too well since Sunday..so could not..

But I am surely attending the main event on Saturday 🙂
